We are always greeted warming with prompt & attentive service. The food is always excellent & served with a smile.
The staff wasn’t welcoming us at all. All of the staffs had a poker face on or something. No smile whatsoever. We ordered the seafood paella. The rice was so soggy I could have scoop up a whole spoon of its sauce. The chipotle chicken wings were not fresh. I can taste it was from frozen.
Josh the manager and staff were very attentive. Good food and drinks.
The personal is great very polite, friendly. the drinks and wine selections is good, and the food is very good one of the best paellas I ever had, and the appetizers delicious.

Our waiter Joshua was awesome! He answered all our questions and gave great recommendations. Food was great! We had garlic shrimp and calamari first. The garlic sauce was so delicious! Then we had fish platter special and paella with chicken,steak and chorizo- excellent. Flan and tres leches for dessert- my husband said he had not had good flan like that in a while!

Was not to crowded, Great drinks including the Sangria(has a nice kick to it)!!! Food very tasting and came out quick, Servers are always on point and attentive!!!

The food was very delicious. I have never had Salmon so well prepared and seasoned. My friends had the Garlic Chicken and were practically licking their plates. Juan the owner was so friendly and came by our table several to ask if everything was alright. The waitress was great also. The Sangria was great so was the Frozen Margaritas. Definitely coming back.

The food was good. The only reason why I did not give an excellent is because all the tapas dishes came out at once. The omelet got cold quickly. Also the small dish to eat from could have been upgraded to a medium plate.

We were greeted so nicely upon entering. I had called twice, since I was running late, to change my reservation from 6 to 6:30 and then another call to change to 7. These calls were handled very well - no problem at all - we look forward to seeing you. When we got there I asked for the quietest table (having read the reviews about noise) and was told that we could go to the basement, but that the better service was on the first floor. So we took a table near the bar. We asked if the music could be turned down a bit - and we were accommodated. But the owner of the restaurant could see we were still having issues and so they offered to move us downstairs. We accepted and they took care of everything. This turned out to be perfect for us because we ended up all by ourselves and could have a free and open conversation. They even turned the music off downstairs for us. We decided that our meal would consist of a combination of tapas and salad. Everything was delicious. As were our margaritas (they have quite a selection), and our wine, and our dessert of flan. And then, to cap it all off - and since I had mentioned that I was there to celebrate my friends birthday, the owner and our waiter came down with a little something extra to honor my friend. What a wonderful time we had - a very relaxed 4-hour evening - we were not being pushed out for the sake of turnover at all - and our service was perfectly wonderful downstairs.

The Manager/ waiter was great. Very friendly and attentive. He explained that we still had a few minutes of Happy Hour.
Paella marinara was horrible I have never had something untastful I should of returned it also your soup Gallega what a joke it was watered dowstick to tapas those were good I strongly recommend getting rid of that nasty paella and soup which is not authentic or get rid of your cook!

Everything was ok until they heard we have a restaurant.com voucher. At first they said I had already used the voucher then when I refreshed the page and told them I had not dined there before then they took another look at it. They overcharged me for the drinks. I was so embarrassed because of their treatment with the voucher I just let it go. It's a shame I will not go back there because we actually liked the food and the atmosphere.

We had endless Tapas dishes and drinks. Everything was delicious. We got to take home 3 different Paellas. The manager Frank, was on top of everything. We will surely go back there.
