Danny is a superior waiter making our time here very pleasant. It's an extremely noisy restaurant with many parties booked on a Saturday night. So, a quiet dinner for two is not really an option. Food is excellent so we go early and hope for the best.

Restaurant is noisy. Tables are on top of eachother. The patron behind me spilled wine and moved his chair back abruptly causing me banging my whole body into the table in front of me causing a beuise on my stomach. The restaurant needs to keep more space between tables.

The staff and the food were both excellent. Having a tendency to get acid reflux, I was happy to see spicy foods clearly marked as such. I was also glad to have gone there before it got crowded. I can hear myself sounding old, but it's important to have a quiet place to eat.

I usually have only good things to say about Bourbon St, This time it was bit disappointing. The menu has changed so there was no pulled pork mac and cheese, my daughter's fav. no pecan butter was brought to the table so I didn't know if that has been discontinued as well. The meat in the steak sandwich was on the tough side as was the steak on the bourbon steak and shrimp combo dish

We were allowed to order the $26 price fixed dinner for one of us, which had four courses. The other person ordered a steak sandwich with sweet potato fries which was packed up. With a glass of wine, the bill came to $52, but we used our $25 certificate so the bill was 31. The food was very good and Katy, our waitress was wonderful. We’ll be back.

The waitress was great, and the sesame crusted tuna was delicious, and so was the mushroom barley soup, but I found out later that there was a lot of butter in the soup, because my stomach is very sensitive to that, and I had leftover soup, and after a while in my fridge a lot of fat came to the top.

I'd been to Bourbon street a few times before and enjoyed it, but always thought it was a little pricey. Regardless, we took my cousin there for her birthday and did not have a good experience. My catfish Po'Boy sandwich was tasteless and mushy so I sent it back and order the BooCoo balls appetizer instead, which are usually amazing. This time they were frozen in the center. I sent those back and the manager apologized but I was a little surprised she didn't offer to comp a round of drinks or anything like that. At that point, everyone was finished with their meals and I did not want to order a third meal, so we left. Needless to say, we wont be going back.

There were five adults in our party. The table was approximately 24" by 40". We all ordered the Tuesday special Clam Bake. Each course was served within minutes of each other. There was not enough time to enjoy the appetizers. There are two bowls and one giant plate for each person. That is 15 pieces of dinnerware. The small table can not accommodate. We have to ask the waitress to pack up part of the dinner immediately to make room on the table. It was a very rushed and cramped dinner. Were they trying to get rid of us? Why can't they serve each course separately and give us a chance to eat and enjoy?

Food was great and freshly prepared. Service was excellent. Atmosphere is fun and positive. My family and I have not visited Bourbon Street Restaurant in approx 6 months. The price on food and drinks have gone up dramatically. We love this restaurant and it's older location named the "Austin Ale House". We have been frequent, loyal customers for over 20 years. Unfortunately, we will have to cross them off our restaurant list due to the sharp price increases. When management added valet parking and constructed the roof top lounge, we knew the end was near.

It gives the impression of a sports bar but the back dining area is fitted for a family dining experience. The staff is extremely friendly. We were in a rush to make it to a concert and he waitress was very considerate to our needs. Definitely not what I expected. The food was great and the portions were very large. We bought a $25 coupon and after ordering minimum required amount we had enough food to feed four. I enjoyed it and would gladly return.

We usually go at lunch time but today was for dinner. Dining room was relatively quiet (considering it is attached to a sports bar) Not a great choice of entrees. Some chicken, some steak and seafood and of course burgers. Much of it is Cajun style and we were not comfortable with that.

The service was excellent! Our server was fantastic. The food portions where generous, the cocktails where well made and the overall quality excellent. The bar had plenty of big screens and great atmosphere yet large glass partition kept the dining area relatively quiet. The steak was better than Uncle Jacks at a much more reasonable price!

Food was mediocre at best. My wife had one of the chicken dishes and it tasted burnt, it was not even edible, My burger was pretty good, but it was basically a decent burger with a hot dog on top of it. There were plenty of empty tables but since th band was setting up they made us sit at the bar for 15 minutes. The band started playing as soon as we finished our dinner so we stuck around, but unfortunaly the bartenders were busy chatting amongst themselves and didn't notice their patrons whom needed service.

The waitress made certain I could order what I wanted. She was good. I had a few problems that she straightened out quickly. The food, on the other hand, seems to have gone up in price - the menu price- and the quality seems to have slipped.My Lobster was overdone. I had 3 open clam shells without clams. I would think anyone plating the mussels and clams would have noticed 3 - 1 I would overlook. 3 empty shells in the middle of the plate should have been noticed.The dessert tasted like it was old. I thought I was getting a piece of keylime pie, but got cheesecake instead.I had the cheesecake before- it was much better.

The server was abrupt, unfriendly and unhelpful. A woman(the owner? manager?) must have been aware of the poor service because she came over several times to help out. They put too much salad dressing on the salads. ask for the dressing on the side. The waiter did accommodate us with special orders on our salads. The waiter asked us if we would like a refill on our hot tea and than charged us double for the extra cup of hot water.

Generally, I would never complain about an experience, but since I am given the change to include comments, I would like to say a few things. It took us about 30 minutes before we were even acknowledged by the server. Then, we would ask for items such as napkins or utensils and she would forget to bring it to us. It didn't ruin the dining experience since we go for the food, but it was not a great experience having to wait around a lot for things.

The noise level is often higher than we'd like, but on this visit there was a party that was too large and too loud to be part of the regular section of the restaurant. We had to move and it was STILL too loud. We will probably not go back for awhile, and then maybe not on weekends at all.

Our server charged us tax on the entire bill before they made the restaurant.com deduction I'm don't think that is the proper protocol. In a store you don't pay tax on the amount deducted using a coupon. Just saying.

The place was nice, the children's menu was worth it. the appetizer were alittle pricey and when I asked for some rice on the side they charge 3.50 which I thought was a bit much. In addtion the drinks were 10.00 each and that increased the bill alot. Overall the food was good but a bit pricey.
