My wife and I were so amazed at the food and the service. They nailed it when they said it’s comfort food. The experience and the environment we’re just right as well.

We frequent Bird, and this was by far the worst experience we have had with the restaurant. 1. Our food took over 45 minutes to arrive. 2. The chicken was not cooked properly and was very chewy. 3. They charged us the wrong amount...twice! I just checked my card statement and of course they kept the most expensive one.
