The food, as usual, is excellent.

This looks like a little hole in the wall, but don't walk by it! We snagged the little table out front which was perfect. And these might be the best burgers I've ever had in my life. The Juicy Lucy is stuffed with melted pimento cheese, and the other one we got was stuffed with blue cheese. Utterly amazing. And the blue cheese fries are to die for.
They have always been helpful and friendly to us, and recognize us though we don't come that often. I am blind, and they have always compensated my needs. There was a minor issue in the kitchen, yet they generously comped our beverages.

THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN I EVER TASTED. THE WAITRESS WAS GREAT. SHE KEPT REFILLING OUR WATER AND CAME BACK TO CHECK ON US AT A GOOD PACE.

Service, as always was excellent. Attentive but not intrusive. Food was cooked exactly right (medium rare steaks) and wine offerings were varied and reasonable.
Food takes a while to come out. Luckily, the food is awesome so it worths waiting.

Service is always slow, but friendly, and the food is great. The salting level on the kale can vary greatly - this time there was hardly any salt.
Great low key restaurant with vintage cozy feeling. I requested my Juicy Lucy with no buns, due to my low carb diet. I was a little apprehensive that my plate would look empty, but they gave me the option for the burger on a bed of greens! :D

We had to wait over an hour to be seated, but once we sat down, they sent out sweet potato fries very quickly for my hungry children, and did not charge us. Food was delicious, even had a nice vegetarian option.
The vegetable burger with avacado, sprouts and cheese is out of this world.
