Small menu in front of the cash register. So while I was in line had to wait til I was in the front to see anything. Pretzels were cold, tasted old. You could tell they were sitting awhile

Service was ok. The food was mediocre. It wasn't bad, specifically but without a coupon I would rather walk a few extra feet and go to Auntie Ann's pretzels instead.

Their pretzels are very doughy. They didn't have much flavor. I won't eat them again. The staff was rushing me. No one seemed remotely happy to be there.
