My husbands Pizza they should have been ASHAMED to serve!!!! It looked like a Weight Watchers single serve pizza, microwaved!!!! My son's chicken parmesan was mediocure at BEST!! BEST part was they turned the lights up and BEGAN vacumning in the dinning room BEFORE we were done eating!!!!!! WE WON'T be RETURNING!!!!!!

serving was amazing and food exceptional - seating arrangement was only good for one person to see the water - if the tables for 2 were sideways both could see the water.

Food was cooked excellently, got the prime rib and the steak. Wasnt a fan of the caesar salad, but overall was good

I always get the same thing off the menu, the steak salad. Tonight the steak was NOT steak and was cold. I was told after the fact that it was left over prime rib. Very disappointed. I usually love this salad.

The Waterfront Grille is a little pricier than the places we usually go but is a nice treat with certificate.
Cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff, including the owners. Our waitress was attentive, but not overbearing. The food was very good, from the appetizers to the dessert. Good size portions. The side of pasta alone would be enough to fill you up!.

it has been always a delight to dine at the Waterfront. Everything is prepared to perfection from the appetizers to the desserts. We love it there. It has always been a great dining experience.
Service was pretty slow. It was quite loud and all the tables were crammed pretty close together. We were afraid our 1 year old would throw food or her cup and hit someone.

I always find it difficult to make a choice on your menu. Not a fussy eater, however, I'm not fond of or into BREADED food and almost all of your dishes are breaded. Veal is one of my favorite dishes. I can name several restaurants in the Utica/Rome area that offer veal marsala(you don't) and the meat is sauted. Your waitress Dakota was excellent, very attentive. Your "bus" girl was very good too. I truly hope you adjust your menu not just for me, but I'm sure others would agree with me.
Prices were a bit high. Would not have gone there without the restaurant.com certificate. Portions average. Nothing to write home about.
The food is always very good, but this night was just a bit off. The greens had no meat in them, normally they do and my husbands steak was much smaller and thinner than in the past. We always rave about this restaurant, but this time hopefully was just an off night.
Servers very helpful. They were friendly and willing to give time to chat with 8&9 yr old boys. Food all good and well prepared. Husband esp happy with salmon.

Very friendly staff. The restaurant overlooks the canal so it is nice to watch the water go by and the water fowl.
Veal Parm was very good. My wife had Prime Rib which she said was bland tasting and had to put salt on it. Also had chicken wings appetizer which were small sized wings but they were cooked good, nice & crispy.

The first time I dined there was during the week. The food was very good. this time was on a Friday night, and I was not that impressed with the food. I ate the same thing I had the first time I was there.
It was a Friday nite so the restaurant was very busy and service was a little slow. Other than that, it was a great time and food and service were good! Very pleased with the experience...

Coconut shrimp not tasty- sauce lacked texture & flavor; shrimp was chewy, overbreaded and not good texture. Prime rib bland and lacked usual savory taste that is WF trademark.

The service was excellent. The steak I ordered was overcooked, medium well vsm med rare. The twice baked potato was good. My wife ordered the eggplant Parmesan. She got a large portion which she could not finish. She said she liked it but that the sauce had a mettalic after taste. I tried it and agree. The raspberry pie she ordered for dessert was good.I feel if you are charging $28 for a steak the preparation should be meticulous. I did not send it back because I did not want my wife to either eat without me or have her food get cold.
