I called for delivery and they took over 1 1/2 hours to get here and when they did it was cold !! Then I call to check up and see why it has not arrived and the lady that answered didn’t even care.

Very good pizza for DeKalb, always get the hurricane. In my opinion its the best pizza you can get for that price with the restaurant.com coupon in DeKalb. Unbeatable

5-6 minutes of being put on hold before I was able to place my order.After 4 1/2 minutes, I hung up and called back to be put on hold for another minute and a half.I was told 30-35 minutes for carry out.I arrived right at 35 minutes and my order was not ready for another 20 minutes.Great service Vinny's!!
