She took our order wrong and she blamed it on me. She seemed like she didn't want to fix the problem at all

About 7 people from my church went there for lunch and I handed the gift certificate to her and she paid what was left and did not tell me how much she paid. Very nice meal we all enjoyed. Want be my lastn time going there. Will be a regular from now on.

We had a large order. We ordered our food. No one said the store was closing in apx 30 mins. The people behind us got their food almost immediately, no problem, we knew we had a large order. At 8:55, the young lady walks out, hands us three sacks of food and announces they are closed in three minutes. We asked if we could eat our food and were told we could not because she couldn’t have people in there when they were closed. (Yes, the other couple was still eating and not being asked to leave). We wouldn’t have ordered had we known we couldn’t eat there. We live 25miles away. We took our food home, stuck the fries in the air fryer and ate our food. The food was well worth the normal price. We will go back, but next time we will make sure and find out what time they are closing.

I called ahead and asked if they had take out trays and couldn't really understand the guy on the phone but he eventually he said yes. Got there and the cashier was clueless they had no trays ( I guess she was very confused also) totally messed up my order. I ordered no gravy on the potatoes got home all had gravy.

Ordered Buffalo Burgers. Found out we had an old menu and they discontinued having buffalo burgers and 3 months earlier. Wanted to order the buffet, but not a very good choice for the hot food. Soups were not very appealing.

The place was so dirty . There is old food on the walls and the booths had grim and food stuck to them . It looks like they haven't dusted ever or in years .
