We arrived about 5:30 & ordered at 5:40. I was looking forward to sitting down and enjoying my food, but that did not happen. We had been told it would take 30 minutes after placing our order, and we received our food at 6:55. I had asked for a refund about 2 minutes before a hour had gone by, and was told "We do not offer refunds." I was very disappointed that I had to take the food to go, and that how I felt as a customer was overlooked by not granting the refund. I understand things happen, but not one person acknowledge us to say it would take longer than expected. I left hungry, disappointed, and driving back home 30 more minutes when I was looking for a done In experience.

Food cold. Paid for a soda but was given a bottle of water. I wasn't given a receipt but was charged $32 using the coupon but the subtotal was 50.50. That makes tax $7

We didn’t eat. We ended up leaving because they were very rude and acted as though me using my certificates was an issue.
