There was another table with 2 men. They got all the attention; their water glasses got refilled while I had to ask for it again. Service was very slow (I wonder if the waitress was the cook too?) We had a restaurant.com and gave it to the waitress in the beginning but she then forgo to add it to our bill.

My husband usually gets wiener schnitzel with red cabbage and potato pancake, which is his favorite, and one of their German specialties. It's always good. Salmon was also tasty. Waitress was able to give extra vegetables instead of a starch, change the lettuce to all romaine. Salad dressing came on the side as requested. Service was very good-waitress pleasant, busboy filling up water timely and bread basket containing garlic bread and asst'd rolls were very tempting.

The food is very tasty. Perfectly prepared and reasonably priced. The waitress was attentive and service very good. We ate in the bar area. There are blackboard specials served in this area as well as at the bar. Good selection. There is also a quieter dining room where you can talk. The food is a little more here but worth it when you want that atmosphere.

The ambiance and service was great! The attention to making sure we were satisfied and had everything we needed was awesome. Live music and being apart of the German culture for the evening was out of our comfort zone but the feeling of being apart was welcoming.

I'm very pleased that the LVI has the smarts to offer prosecco on their wine list. When it's a million degrees out, like today, it's wonderfully refreshing. The salad is terrific and the main courses are always delicious and filling.
