Our server was great. He took very good cared of us. The food was really good.
Poor service. Woman at reception asked if we wanted the buffet or order off the menu. She looked upset when we said menu. Seems like they had a big catering order. They should have put up a sign stating "buffet only tonight." Food was slow to arrive. Two dishes (one noodle, one curry) came out with a single serving spoon. No plates or utensils were offered until asked. Waiter was sullen throughout.
The rice was undercooked, price charged us was different from what was advertised on the menu, there was no breakdown on our final bill. The staff that took our payment was not as friendly when we asked why the food price was different on the bill and when we left 15% tip instead if 20%.
Service was terrible. Family run restaurants tend to have bad service because the kids are servers and don’t care.
The waitress yelled at me for going through the door. Didn't bother to say hello.
Everyone is super friendly and wanted to make us happy and our lunch enjoyable.

The food was excellent! And good menu options. I gave a 4 instead of a 5 because we had takeout and the container with the beef and broccoli spilled everywhere. Please upgrade the container!

The people are always so nice and the food is always good. I like that they have a buffet but you can still order from the menu if you want.

Excellent and authentic Thai food, cooked by the owner herself. Had issues redeeming the certificate, but it worked out in the end. Would definitely return to dine there.

We love Thai Jasmine. It's a must for us. We eat their buffet because they have a few staples but rotate the rest. They make sure the food is fresh and it's always delicious. The customer service is second to none. They are very attentive and kind.

Everyone was so kind- from the hostess to the chef! The food was excellent and the prices reasonable. It was apparent how much pride the family put into their food/restaurant. We will be back!

The waitress encourages us to try the buffet and so we did. I think that everyone else was ordering off of the menu. I wish we had. It wasn't what I would care to eat again. I think that the egg drop soup was the best thing on the buffet except perhaps the watermelon.

This is one place where if you ask them to make your food spicy, they actually do. I like pretty spicy food but just a fair warning 7 on a scale of 1-10 is pretty darn hot at this place. I couldn't imagine a 10

The waitress spilled drinks all over the other two people that were with us and all they did was apologize and move us to a table without wet chairs. My wife and I are frequent diners but we will not return

The restaurant was very busy and understaffed when we walked in, causing the service to be a bit slow. However, the excellent food and service were well worth the wait! Great Thai food!

The server was absent for very long periods of time and we were 1 of 2 tables in the restaurant. He forgot to bring the soup till after the main course was served, drinks sat empty, I had to ask another server to find our server at one point. He was very polite, seemed nervous, he just needs to be taught to be more attentive to customers.
We absolutely love Thai Jasmine. My husband, 2 yr old and I go about every 3 weeks and are exited to get it at a discount. Love the buffet and it's choices. The owners are the best!

Thai Jasmine has always been a great dining experience for us. The food is always fresh and delicious. The soups are some of the best. My husband and I EACH have a BIG bowl of the daily soup every time we dine there. They have a different one every day. Winter time is a great time to just go in and have a big bowl of soup and the delicious Pad Thai!!!! The owners are always friendly and will come out and talk to you. This is our favorite Thai restaurant, and please try the soup one day. It's the best.
