As soon as we walked in the ambiance was captivating. The decorations were very nice. The service was great and the food was delicious.

The $35 rib eye was the worst steak I have ever had. (I am age 59.) It was so tough and gristly that I could not chew some of it and did not eat half. When I was responding to the waiter‘s offer to comp the meal, he walked away from me in mid-sentence. While trying to saw the steak, the table was rocking and though I was unaware of this until water ran into my lap, the water from my glass has made a 5 inch puddle on the table from the effort. The manager offered a free dessert, whichnI declined- the steak in my stomach was making me feel bad by then. She stated that the waiter told her I had eaten more than half the steak and that I should have said something earlier, etc. My total bill (after discount from coupon) was $40- for one person. This was the worst dining experience of my life. This is also the only negative review I have ever made online for any product or service.
It was New Year's Eve. We were not told it was a set menu for the evening and could not order from the menu which is why we chose this place. My food was sent back twice and it was still not edible. They credited me $10.00. big deal. It was horrible and I would not go back. they should stick to their menu.

It was my first time at the restaurant and it was a great experience. The food was great, the decor was magnificent. My husband and I met a waiter named Art who gave us a first class service, although we spent only $ 37.00. We felt like king and queens and we will defintitely return.
The show is fantastic, the servers are very professional and helpful, live music is great.
Pleasant service, good food
I've been coming to restaurant since it opened off and on. Lately have been very disappointed with decreased potion sizes, increased prices and quality/authentic of food. They served a cafe con leche made by a machine!!! And it wasn't even goodThe other thing I've noticed recently is that food is lukewarm not hot. I've brought this to their attention in the past but it's never been addressedI believe they have a lot right and going for them but need to work on these other issuesComing for south Florida and eating great, authentic & affordable Cuban food this place needs to step it up.Lastly the dessert tres leche cake was awesome

Children from another group were running wild throughout the cabaret. We were celebrating our anniversary and didn't appreciate uncontrolled children, especially at such a high-end priced restaurant. The were unruly and ruined our special night out, even tho I quietly discussed the matter with our server. I don't what pursued after that, BUT THE CHILDREN CONTINUED TO DISTURB the patrons.

We ordered French Onion Soup and I ordered Rib Steak (med-rare. We got yhe soup and ONE minute later they cam out with the entrees. We did not have ANCHANCE TO TASTE THE SOUP. I COMPLAINED THAT WE DID NOT WANT ENTREES UNTIL AFTER we had the boiling soup. They placed the med-rare entrees under warmers. When we got them they were cool and WELL DONE NOT MED RARE. The server treated IT like a joke. The rib eye was TOUGH.
They have the best food and the staff is so nice. I have been going there for a few years now
Good show, even though we paid $25 p/p we weren't charged for children show fee. Food pricey but good. Family atmosphere appropriate for kids too.

Had no idea it was a Russian restaurant. was very good. We were the only ones there. Very elegant decor.

Have to watch out for their misleading bill presentation with "gratuity" already added on the bill and "tip" in blank on the one you sign so you easily end up paying twice as much !!
In a resturaunt that can seat 600, we were the only people there on a Monday at 7:30. Felt very weird. Good food, not much English spoken.
This restaurant is horrible and I will never go back. The food was bland and overcooked and the waiter was atrocious. They also won't give you water (tap) unless you order off of their special and really expensive menu. This place is a bust and maybe the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at.

Food was delicious and the place was beautiful, unfortunately we did not do the show because it was during the week. We will be going back for dinner and show and will bring my aunt as well.
