Despite all that has taken place in Baltimore last week, our service was superb. It was very quiet, not too many guest in the restaurant. Barbara was excellent and the food was delicious.

The host, Derrick, greeted is from the door. Advised the best parking and escorted my wife to really good seating. While looking over the menu/eating we were serenaded by Sinatra & a talented pianist. Our server was pleasant, fun and accommodating to take our photo. The food was well seasoned and fresh.

The waiter was excellent in his service and courtesy. The appetizers were great and our main course was served at appropriate time and well prepared. The homemade desert was the best we have had. Loved it!

We were the only patrons in for late lunch on New Year's Eve. Our service was OK as long as the phone wasn't ringing, or our server wasn't discussing the merits of lager beers with 2 who came in for drinks midway thru our meal.

Food and service was very good. Excellent crab cakes and veal chop. Meal while very good was EXTREMELY overpriced. A $47 chop without any sides dishes or even a salad is not acceptable over valued. Nice place however would not recommend unless you have deep pockets.

Went after the theater, so got there after 9pm. We were worried that the help would be anxious to close up and go home. This was not the case. We were treated very well, and the food was excellent. I had salmon and my wife had Eggplant parm. Both were some of the best we had ever had.

Tomato, Mozzarrella and Basil salad was enough to split. Shrimp & chicken scampi was delicious. Shrimp & fresh scallop scampi was filled with lots of seafood. Scampi sauce was smooth & garlicky. Homemade foccacio was crusty outside and soft & tender inside. Wine list extensive. Music loud, conversation difficult. Ambient temperature warmly uncomfortable.

Can't believe we have never been to Supano's. Will definitely go back again, with or without a coupon! Had great service. Very attentive server & host. The food did come out rather quickly but we lingered to hear the live singer. Loved the big tv playing videos of Frank Sinatra & Dean Martin.

the food took 45 minutes to arrive. it came out cold and at different times. sides came out 15 minutes after the entrees. it was a huge disappointment. not to mention it was very overpriced for what we got. you'll never see us again. never!

The service was substandard. I feel like we were rushed out of the restaurant. We ordered 2 appetizers and soup to start, we received our entrees before we were even done with our appetizers. The prices were way too high and more than advertised on restaurant.com. The soup was the only good thing we ate at that restaurant.

Travelled to Baltimore and looked for a good steakhouse restaraunt on the site. found Supano's and tried it out. I highly recommend this steakhouse especially if you love live music from the Rat Pack as they had a live band playing Frank Sinatra songs and a huge screen with Dean Martin movies, Frank Sinatara concert clips and other Rat Pack movie greats.

The Italian dishes we had were large with beautiful pieces of chicken but they were lacking in taste and flavor. I never use salt, but was reaching for it to provide the dish with zip!

The only negative comment is the added coverage charge to a $200+ dinner. The management did remove the cover charge when asked. Overall, it was a very fun dining experience. We will go there again.

Compared to 3 & 4 star restaurants that I have been to in Maryland at the price I paid, it wasn't quite up to par considering the quality and portions per plate. Although, I didn't order pasta, the rest of the table did and I do feel that Supanos have one of the best, most tasty selection of Italian dishes in Baltimore.

My meal was listed on the menu as coming with a side of pasta. The pasta never came out. Other than that, everything was fine but the quality of the food didn't warrant the prices. Will not eat there again unless I have a coupon.

We had a wonderful time. Our food was good, but the music really made the place. There are few places in Baltimore than you can eat dinner while listening to live music. The restaurant's small dining area makes the experience pleasantly intimate, but does lend to creating a wait if people linger. We had to wait a bit but the very pleasant host steered us to the downstairs bar area and made sure we were comfortably seated and attended to. He regularly checked on us and let us know the "wait status". The serving staff was very friendly as well. I recommend this restaurant for those who want to have an enjoyable, entertaining evening.

We had dinner here to celebrate my uncle's birthday (who was visiting from out of town). Every staff member we encountered was extremely polite and accommodating. The service was prompt and the food was excellent. Will definitely definitely return.

Our waitress was all over the place and not on point with what was going on at our table. They tried to charge us $11 more for a bottle of wine we got. Two of our entrees were not up to par with my expectations and the one steak we ordered came out undercooked. Disappointing experience.

My husband and I eat out at least once every couple of weeks. Supano's food is a secret and I hope the word doesn't get out. Because we will never get a table if it gets out how wonderful the Restaurant really is. The food was the best that we ever had. We will be going back very soon and taking another couple with us. The music was awesome. The wait staff awesome. The food and wine awesome. The owner "Terry" introduced himself and he was awesome and he stopped by just to say hi and gave us a card for a free bottle of wine when we come back. The next day my husband kept saying "darn that food was so good last night" - he never ever says that.... so I think he is ready right now to go back to eat. I give that place the highest of all restaurants and a # 1 in all of DC & Maryland area. EXCELLANT!!!!!!!!!

The bar tender did not know how to mix any of the drinks ordered (all standard fair) and they were returned for a more simple option (i.e., bourbon w/ice); the drink order took a very long time (~20 minutes); the food was not bad but it certainly was not excellent. The potatoes were cold; the steak was fine and cooked correctly, but hardly the worlds finest (easily matched results at home); the lobster tail was overcooked; the pasta dish was very soupy and just O.K.; the wrong sides were brought out and then we were charged for them (ultimately corrected). For the price the food and service should be much better.

We had a fantastic time at Supano's...our server, Lori, and the owner, Terry, made our experience extra special and we will absolutely be returning and suggesting the restaurant to our friends and family!
