Waitress continued to disappear....I located her in the next room playing games on her cellphone...
This is one of few places to use R.com in Cleveland--too bad. It's a modern hotel restaurant, so it's really very good--not a true fine dining experience.
Our food was expertly prepared and delivered to our table.
Ellie is the main person who looks after us there, and she is amazing! She is one of the reasons we go there. She is friendly, helpful, does a wonderful job, and makes our time there so enjoyable! She looks after us and makes us feel special! Stadium 3 Bar & Grille is lucky to have her there!
Jermaine and Reanna did a great job serving us! They were smiling and friendly! They told us about the special’s of the day

Waitress was excellent. Food was below average and cold. No salsa or guacamole on the quesadilla. Ran out? Should have been told when placing the order.
The food was great, great atmosphere and reasonable pricing but the reason I had a poor experience was because the bartender could hardly speak english and when I had a hard time understanding him he turned it on me and made me feel like an idiot in front of everyone stating out loud that he's answered my question five times and didn't know how he could have made it any clearer to me. Maybe get someone who speaks english clear enough that they can answer some customers questions and get their order right as well.

As usual the staff, food, and service was great! The atmosphere of the restaurant always adds to the dining experience.
Make sure you let them know you have a restaurant certificate because they do not honor it on their specials. they will charge you full price on their specials if you use the restaurant certificate. But other than that the food is good, the best part is their home made bread. you only get two servings then after that they charge you for the bread.

When ordering the menu can be confusing. The sandwiches are the same name as the dinners.
This restaurant is in a hotel where we were staying. We were going to an event and asked the hostess how late they served. She responded that they served until 9:45pm. We thought that would be great and went to our event. We arrived back at the restaurant at 9:00 and we were told that they were done seating in the dining room but we could eat in the bar. The dining room staff all left and the 2 bartenders were expected to take care of everything. They were much too busy for 2 people and although the bartenders were pleasant and tried hard, they were just spread too thin and service suffered.

It was okay. We didn't know dinner wasn't until 5, so had to wait. Service was okay, but we had to wait at times and call people over repeatedly.
We used restaurant.com certificates and enjoyed dinner before theater shows. Our servers were understanding, made suggestions and served our meals in perfect time.
I was using the certificate for lunch and I wanted to pick it up and take it back to work. So I made several attempts to call so I could place a take-out order. Every time I called and was transferred to the restaurant I waited on hold for in some cases up to 15 minutes. I walked over there and asked for the manager and explained the story to her and she seemed to be understanding. I'll probably never go back there based on the service and the inability to call ahead and get through to the restaurant.
patty was wonderful..she took care of us during our meeting, and put our orders in..brought out the food..then left..so it it Patty, even though the check might have a different name..food was not good.
We went on valentines day and the restaurant itself wasn't crowded. The bar had a few people but not enough people for the amount of time we had to wait for service and to receive our food. Once we did get our main course, our steaks were cold. We receive replacements but they had a lot of fat on them. Would not recommend to my friends. Even though the food wasn't bad!

I went there with a business associate. The dining room was closed. Only the bar was open. I did not have time to go to another establishment. I did not want a bar environment. It was really disappointing.

The food was freshly prepared and the portions were very generous.
There was an issue with my certificate. The server said the $25 certificate was only for dinner, but there wasn't anything listed that showed a difference between the $10 certificate and the $25 certificate

EXCELLENT server. VERY slow kitchen. Disappointing that the $25 Restaurant offer is not good for lunch.
Everything was nice, but I felt the food quality did not meet what I considered expensive prices.
The staff was not aware of the use of the coupons as they have a bar and a restaurant and told us we could only use it in the restaurant where it was cold and empty. The 2 coupons have different information on them so they are confusing.
They were very understaffed, so service was slow, and food was just ok. We ate here also because we stayed at the hotel where this restaurant was located.
