It was empty other than a few people at the bar and us. They really need to put a sign out front. I don't think most people even know the restaurant exists which is a shame because the food and server were fantastic!

THe waitress was a bit inexperienced in terms of the bar menu and the room had numerous dirty tables that were not getting cleaned. I wanted A1 steaksauce and instead got A1 packets.

The fish and calamari were "old". The fish had a weird taste and the calamari was rubbery. The dessert (cheescake) was "dry".

First disappointment was the Prawns/shrimp entrees shown on the Resturant.com menu were not on the menu at Spice. Since it was our first time at Spice, we ordered 4 different entrees to share and liked them well enough that we will give Spice a second chance in spite of the below par service. The server was very sweet but not attentive. The restaurant was not busy (only 3 tables occupied the entire 2.5 hours we were there) yet we had to hunt the server down several times. Both the cheese cake and chocolate cake were still frozen when delivered to the table.

The food had good flavor but wasn't hot. They haven't established the feel they are going for yet as the lighting is very stark like a cafeteria. Menu is MUCH smaller than your site indicated.
