The sushi is just as good as that of its sister Sekisui's spread across the city but a number of elements make SPR distinctly different.SPR was one of the first restaurants in Memphis to offer fusion style pacific-rim cuisine. Borrowing recipes and ingredient from the countries surrounding the Pacific Ocean, the cuisine is highly original. Menu highlights include Braised Sea Bass in shiitake-soy broth and Roasted Duck Breast in kiwi/red Thai curry reduction.
