Always a great meal. Inviting atmosphere and the staff is wonderful. Can't go wrong choosing this place for your next date night out or large gathering of friends or coworkers.

They are always attentive and pleasant. The food is alwys very good. The restaurant is also fairly quiet so you can have conversation w/o yelling.

Food was good but the waiter (Vinay or similar)insisted that wine was not included in the $75 that had to be spent before the $25 coupon could be credited. He cited the small print that says that the restaurant has to comply with all laws and regulations relating to the sale of alcohol as notification which was clearly wrong and presumably why he was working as a waiter. Nevertheless if this is the policy of the restaurant it should be clearly stated on the coupon.

Food quality was not good, we ordered Chicken Tikka but the chicken was boiled instead of tandoor. I like people in Saffron but food was wrost today!!

Food was outstanding (and plenty of it) We took home enough for supper and I have enough for another meal on top of that. Not bad at all. The service was great. I even had a problem on my crredit card charge. (I messed up the math. I called and spoke to the manager and he took care of it then and there while on the phone.

Honestly, the food is good but I ordered nachos and asked if I can get them with beef fajita meat rather than ground beef. The hostess told me that was fine. When I got home I was horrified that the nachos were COVERED with onions and bell peppers. I should have been warned about this so I could have received my order as I thought it would come. Otherwise your food is excellent. Great family environment. Wonderful environment!

Entire staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Our waiter recognized us and remembered that every time we come in, we order the same dish. He made a suggestion for something different, which we took and enjoyed it so much!

The food was great...I met a friend for a late dinner. We basically closed the place down. Emma was wonderful, and the owner checked in on us once. I thought the food was great, and my Indian friend was impressed, especially with the Lamb Vindaloo. I will go back!

The appetizer was fantastic--it was the assorted app. It gave us a nice preview of how good our entrees would be. the 4 of us each loved our entrée--2 lamb curry shanks, 1 lamb Nazakat and something else that came steaming to the table--nice! The naan bread was great---the onion one won over the other two more basic plain ones. We'll definitely be back again. The lunch buffet was great on a prior visit, too.

The food was not upto the standard of comparable Indian restaurants. The quantity was also too little for the comparative price charged. In addition they charge for extra rice, but provides minimum quantity which does not suffice a single person's meal. Very disappointed with the service.

The salad was fresh, the steak was wonderful, and the loaded baked potato was awesome. The server was very friendly. We sat outside on the deck and to our surprise there was a live band! They were great. We will go back!

This is a great restaurant in Charlotte, offering a wide variety of menu items and all of them at reasonable prices. I have tried over 30 items from the menu and have never been disappointed. The food taste, texture and quality are all excellent. There is a wide variety of flavors and spice levels available. There are new menu items, including Dosa’s which were added since I dined her last and they are wonderful. Each time I come to this restaurant I feel like the owners care about me as a person and I notice they also care for their other customers the same way. I see them constantly interacting with guests while ensuring the operations of the restaurant carries on at top efficiency. If someone is looking for great Indian Food in Charlotte this restaurant is a must try.

This is the first time I've ever had Indian food. I was a little nervous, but wanted to try. AMAZING. I have a new favorite place to eat. My 11 year old also loved the children's plate. Recommend the garlic bread also and the dough/honey dessert. OMG, so good.

The food at Saffron was excellent. We were seated immediately and served a drink within two minutes of our arrival. The waiter provided menu selection suggestions and promptly served our appetizer and meal. The food taste, texture, & temperature were all excellent. This restaurant has wonderful food. Each time I eat here I am extremely pleased with the flavor of every dish. The taste, texture, temperature and spice level are always excellent. The staff at Saffron always makes me feel welcome and like I am a special guest. I notice they also treat every customer as if they were honored guest. Every person working for Saffron seems to go out of their way to make sure you have a completely enjoyable dining experience. I would highly recommend Saffron to anyone interested in tasting high quality Indian food with outstanding service.

I eat at this restaurant on a regular basis. The food is always excellent and the service we receive is always excellent. We are greeted with a warm “welcome” when we arrive and one of the servers a Mr. ASH is always extremely kind to us. Eating at your restaurant is one of the highlights of my week.
