We picked up pizza to go and by the time we got home it was very soggy on the bottom. I am sure that it was due to the type and the items on the pizza. This was completely my doing by not eating it immediately, but was still very disappointed when I got home just ten minutes later.

I ordered cheesesteak sandwich and cheese garlic bread to go. I asked for napkins but had no idea that I would need a fork. The sandwich is pretty messy and I was eating it at the office not at home. It probably requires a fork and knife.

The food quality was poor. The $25 halibut had to have been pre-frozen because the texture was hard and rubbery. The steak chewy, fatty and overcooked. Our server, the only one we saw, was overwhelmed. Very disappointed.

The fact that their Calzone is my MOST favorite item is the reason I share my $5 coupons with friends. The fact that they are always busy when I pick up my order tells me that I am not the only one who is their fan. For the first timers: start at the top of their Menu and work your way down. All of their creations are worthy of a visit!Trust me!

Best Chicago, or any thin crust pizza in the entire Kansas City area. We pay $27.00 (includes tax and tip) for an 18 inch double sausage pizza. The two of us get three meals out of it. It is delicious!!!

This is one of our two favorite pizza/pasta places in the city. We have worked with this Rosati's as a company as well. The service is always excellent, and the employees are very friendly. We have appreciated the Managers with whom we have worked as well. Overall, a top rating is much deserved-and has been for three years running!

We had a restaurant.com coupon, so tried this for the first time. We got 3 10" pizzas to feed 4 small kids and 2 adults, and it was plenty. The kids loved it, which says a lot since usually one of the four won't like it. The kids had double crust pizzas, one cheese and one pepperoni. My husband and I had the chicago deep dish 10" which was enough for 2 meals for both of us. It was SOOO good! I would definitely get this again if I had a coupon, etc. The price (without my coupon) would have been pretty high to feed a family of 6. But we all loved it, great quality ingredients!

Waited for them to open an hour late as I was already there. Italian sausage sandwich had no peppers or onions or cheese.....really? Are you kidding me? Pizza should have been better. Everything was there for a great pizza, but just wasn't put together well. When the person got there over an hour late he was rude, almost like it was my fault. This is not at all like my first experience which was a good one. I'll give them one more try.

Cashier was barely helpful so my order was poorly chosen. Was this guy clueless on competitors pizzas? The lack of a carryout menu was also a turnoff. The crust(deep dish) was completely soggy by the time i got it home. The calzone was nasty as well. Of course i didn't notice that mushrooms was one of the main ingredients. Was that mushroom juice running out of it? Nope, i'll never go back and eat there again.

This is a dine out only resturant. We were not aware of this, but were okay with it. We were told our order would take about 45 min and ended up taking 1 1/2hr because they forgot one of our meals and had to make it. The rest of our food was cold by the time we got home (only 15 min away)! We heard great reviews about their pizza from the other customers who ate there regularly while we were waiting. However, we did not order pizza. Their pasta dishes were mediocre, but I feel our money would have been better spent at Fazoli's!
