I ordered no sour cream on my food and it had it in my burrito. I told the waitress and she said I told them an walked away.

We really enjoyed our meal,the only downside was our waiter was also the bartender in the bar which in a different room he was also the busier, cleaning tables tab serving food without washing his hands. One person doing it all, no other wait staff

Very clean. Six stool bar. Nice decor. Plenty of tables n spaced nicely. Not overcrowded.
I recommend having Stephanie as your waitress, she is awesome!
I was greeted when I first arrived. I was the only person in the restaurant not one time did the waitress come to my table to see how I was doing. I needed more napkins and I could have used another margarita. I had to ask for a carry out container.
Elij, the owner, personally came over to our table to talk w/each of us and asked how we liked our meal. Friendly , comfortable atmosphere!

The food is always delicious and the margaritas can't be beat. They are delicious and the price is very reasonable. The service is also good. There could be a definite improvement on the lighting. The owner needs to dress better.
Our only complaint we ever have is that we occasionally get slow service. They are very kind and the food is fabulous. We were the only customers at one point and waited a long time to get our bill.

We waited 55 minutes before our food came out there was sour cream on my food I had beans with my rice when I ordered no sour cream and all rice no beans.the waitress was more interested with her kids then the customer. I come to there at least three times a month serve has gone down.
The hostess was very nice, the establishment was clean, you could tell the other patrons were enjoying themselves. Lots of room, and cute atmosphere.

Best mexican food I've had in a long time. great tamales and taco's. The waitress was attentive and helpful with the questions asked
Did not care for the chicken taco at all. Guacamole was very good though. Wait staff did not know how to take off the rest.com coupon. They said the coupon was good but waited a long time to get the bill. Then they did not have change for $100 bill.
Only had soup, a tamale & a margarita but all three were great, especially the soup.
The waiter was not friendly and I never heared her . They bought the food cold y the took forever

The waitress had difficulty understanding some requests. She did not know how to make certain drinks. She also used the wrong Restaurant.Com coupon & instead used another that I had bought for a different restaurant. I marked the correct one as used now I'm out the other. She was not very bright although she tried.

The food was authentic and very fresh. The margaritas are the best.
Server was mediocre. Should probably visit table more often, and use more insight as to needs of diners. She delivered certain items to table towards the end of the meal, though they were requested much earlier. Another server finished assisting us and did more in 5 mins than first did over course of 30 mins.
Outdoor seating is great! Next to a park.

Service was slow as restaurant was full, food was below average.
Once the waitress took our order and served us she was MIA. We had to flag her down to get refills and our check. Would have had dessert but waited 10 minutes to get our check. She then failed to take off the $10 gift certificate, which took another 5 minutes to correct. Wait staff does not seem to care about the customers, once you have your food they move on the new customers. Perhaps management tells them to sell quantity not quality. Food was ok, service was lacking, will not be back, could have gone to a chain (Pepe's) and been happier.
It's a nice atmosphere and the food is good. I would have liked to have had peppers with my food, I don't know if you have to ask for them or not, I didn't. Also while the salsa is good it is hot, the other diner with me could not eat it and no milder one is offered.

The restaurant is nice it looks small on the outside but it's nicely spaced on the inside. The food is reasonably priced and good and the service was better than the food. their chips and salsa was delicious and spicy.

The Grill was sold a few weeks back althought the sign outside hasn't changed. When we went to use our $50 off of $100 coupon, they said it's a different restaurant and they won't accept the coupon. After a little stink, the owner came out and said he'd split the difference with us and took our coupon and reduced the bill by $25. I then get this survey indicating that he submitted the coupon for his money. We will never go back here!!!

The restaurant was clean, it was really hot outside so we did not utilze the patio dining but the temperture inside was confortable. The margaritas were nice!

The waitresses were not very friendly, and brought us half bowls of salsa, half filled cups of waters, and we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. The food is always excellent, and this time it tasted terrible. They also poured out our margaritas when we told them that we were going to step outside in the patio for a cigarette. We were going to stay for awhile, and ended up going somewhere else.

It was a very busy night and it seemed like there was only 1 person working. We hardly ever saw our waitress at our table. The food was great but not worth the crazy wait and I'm sure not worth the stress the waitress was under.
we sat outside, they took forever to wait on us, the food and drinks were not as good as they have been in the past, we felt that there must have been a new owner because the owner would never allow this but we walked in and saw him talking with other patrons.
I will be dining here once a month.

I was very disappointed with my restaurant.com experience at this restaurant. I arrived and they said they were no longer accepting the certificates, even though it says there is no expiry date. I drove all the way to this restaurant just because of the certificate. I will not go here again nor will I use restaurant.com again.
Once again, a greeat meal at Restaurante Tenochtitlan. Very tasty, autentic Mexican food.

enjoyed the spinach on the tostada. Margarita was good. Would have enjoy red salsa with the chips rather than green.

The Margaritas are tremendous, but small for the price. I would pay more for the option to purchase a larger drink rather than order the smaller drinks - this time the drink was not full when served. That said - love the restaurant.

Well, they no longer accept restaurant.com certificates. They did give us a cert for free margarita next visit. Other than that, the experience was good
