The restaurant looked closed when I walked in. There was only one server, soo she wasn't able to come over and check on me as much as I would have liked.

Great food and great service. Liked the beef especially. Just amazing! Warm friendly atmosphere.

Service was awful, even by Ethiopian restaurant standards. Food started coming 90 minutes after order. Staff focused on bar next door and take out. Yet when food came obviously over cooked and greasy.

Food was excellent. Server very pleasant. Service a bit slow/inattentive. Atmosphere okay (too dark to read menu without cellphone flashlight. Music a little loud. Seating okay but prefer booth option) Charged wrong amount initially.

Their young waitress had to ask the ingredients of Ethiopian hot tea. Either she was new or a relative or didn't speak English that well. Perhaps a combination of all three.

Food was fabulous. Both food and drinks were reasonably priced. However, the service was abysmal. The servers were sweet and friendly, but had no idea how to provide good service. Also, they did not speak much English.
