I was the only American and black pardon dining so it was a little strange. But I’ve always been told when a restaurant is filled with the persons of same ethnicity, the food must be good. And that it was but somewhat pricey.

Food was outstanding and reasonably priced. The waitress was good and the cook was responsive and friendly. The small building needs some serious exterior attention. The paint and trim look uninviting.

I really enjoyed my fish sandwich, but my husband's Southwest Chicken wrap wasn't very good. It was very dry and tasteless. We are big fans of Clark's, so it was surprising to have a bad experience.

I had salmon that was supposed to be a fillet but it was 2 small thin pieces that were overcooked and dry and tasteless..the other dinners were good. I told the server about my dinner and the manager took my it off the bill.

The food was very good; server didn't bring more breadsticks until a second request; one person in our party never got a glass of requested wine. They were out of our two first choices of wine we were going to order.

Even though this was the first time we were at the restaurant, we were treated like old friends. Our server was warm and friendly, helpful with suggestions, and provided just the right amount of attention. It was a nice night so we enjoyed our outdoor table. Food was delicious. Presentation really was artistic. We will happily return.

Red & Blue is a hidden gem. Wonderful menu, super food, reasonable prices, very friendly service,relaxing ambiance. We are fortunate enough to live nearby, and will go there regularly.

Wow! We planned a stop in Troy on the way to Vermont. Reg and Blue happened to be almost on our way, so we thought, why not Chinese. The thing is, while their online menu looks like "typical Chinese" there dine-in menu is really pan-Asian, with many Japanese dishes, a few Chinese dishes, and surprisingly many that somehow fall in-between. {The only complain though is that it's much more expensive then online menu makes you think.}We had salmon tartar and spicy mussels from "Japanese appetizers" part of the menu (about $10 each). Both dishes were very well made, and raised to the level of fusion cuisine. For the main course we had bento, one with salmon and another with pepper steak ($18 each) which were more traditional, and nicely combined both Japanese and Chinese elements.
