Excellent meals (NY strip steak & Smothered Chicken)! The house potatoes and rolls were great as well. Service by Mark could not have been better.

Exorbitant, Las Vegas type prices, completely ruin what could have been a very nice experience. $40 for a porterhouse.....$28 for chicken parmesean, $10 to add chicken to a $21 dollar dish of alfredo...... It was good, but not THAT good, sorry, but I doubt we ever go back there, too many other spots around the Youngstown area with much much better food and way more reasonable prices.

Even though we had reservations and our table was available, we were told to wait roughly 30 minutes to be seated. It was early too, like 5:30. I had my 92 year old mother with me:(. Very frustrating.

The food was spectacular. Creative dishes, appetizer where outstanding. The best meal I have eaten in years. The food was reasonably priced. The venue was beautiful. The staff was knowledgeable about their menu, efficient, and very friendly with a beautiful smile. Rachel's provided my guest and myself with an unforgetable dining experience. It is now my number 1 restaurant to frequent. Thank you Rachel's.

The food and dinner service was exceptional. The bar maid was un-professional. Other than serving us drinks prior to dinner, she spent the rest of the time we were there talking to one gentleman about her travels and kids. Not one word was spoken to us or even acknowlging we were there except for our drink order. Very un-professional!!!

The food was good, as always, but I had to get up and ask a busboy to find us a server and give us some water, after the table next to us (who were seated after us) had their drinks and appetizers ordered. It seems like there was not anyone supervising the (very young) staff. Once we were given a server (Justin); the food was served quickly and efficiently. I didn’t have a problem with the server, but overall I think the service is poor.

Sever Mike was good. Apps were good. One pasta dish was very salty and Nutella pizza barely had Nutella in it. Very disappointing. Guys bribing ocer plates dropped fork with food in my lap with no apology and also slammed plates of food at us. He needs to be taught how to gently place food in front of customers. It was my dads 90 birthday which I told them at reservation but there was no acknowledgment of this at all once there. Disappointing as this is his favorite restaurant and ours.

We haven't been to Pazzo in a while since we moved a little further away but, as always, it didn't disappoint. Always consistently good food, good service and a nice atmosphere. My favorite restaurant in the area. It is a little pricey which is why we are grateful they are on restaurant.com allowing us to go as often as we have.

The food is good but it was a little uncomfortable dining there. We weren't in an air conditioned room, we were seated in an adjoining room which had 1/2 the fans running. When I asked if they could turn on the fans in our part of the room, they had to ask the manager before they turned it on. I did notice everytime they brought customers to the back of the room, they didn't stay there. I guess they complained and were taken to the air conditioned room. The waiter was very nice he kept apologing for the warm room and did bring us a big glass of water with ice in it. We didn't know if we were suppose to put the ice on our body or what.

The food is just fantastic! This is our favorite "SPECIAL"restaurant to go for great food.The Steaks are always made perfect, and the Veal Parm. is the best in Eastern Ohio & Western PA. Our relatives agree on this too! My sister was upset she had a wedding to do (Wedding Planner), or she & her Husband would have joined us.

THe food was good except the stuffed mushrooms. The salmon, steak and greens were really great. the waitress was great, though the food was very expensive.

We've enjoyed every meal we've had a Rachel's. I usually order the fish but they had a rack of lamb special that looked so good I had to try it. It was delicious and made me think I have to try other things on the menu.

Always a great meal, the server that we usually have when we come here, Jamie, is super nice and we didn't realize the restaurant was closed long before we left and we felt so bad for keeping her from going home but she was very nice about it and we appreciate her good service every time!!

Our service was outstanding, we never had to ask for anything, our waitress just showed up without being bothersome and took great care of us. It was a Friday and also Valentine's Day so I was very impressed. Definitely plan to go back soon.

It's very rare that there is an issue of any kind. Food is always great while the filet is excellent. Jamie & Cory are outstanding wait staff! Just wish the restaurant offered other value certificates every now and then, I would love to introduce more of my family to Rachels but need a larger certificate than $25 to bring them in. We would NOT visit as regularly as we do without certificates.

Our waitress Justine was just wonderful. She was really pleasant. The food of course was superb. The wife hates the traveling or we would be there more often. I love the veal parm! She really liked her steak, it was cooked to perfection. This is our FAVORITE restaurant. We have been customers for over 15yrs.

They put the tip on our bill and there was nly 2 of us. This could be a reason we never return. I find adding the tip to the bill to be rude.

two couples were at the bar - and were VERRRRY LOUD -- other than that we love Rachels :) They were LOUD the WHOLE time!! We commented on it to our waitress a few times - she was annoyed by them also!

Made a reservation for 8 people. Table was set and they were waiting for us. Glad we had a round table for easier conversation. Everyone was more than pleased with their dinners and Jaimie , the server was very attentive. She is a very good waitress.

Jamie our server was Great, very attentive. Both of us had filet, it's all I get but my companion normally eats prime rib. I talked him into trying the filet and he was as pleased with the meal as I always am. I don't think he'll be going back to prime rib!

The server was horrible. He smelled like alcohol. He was not engaging. He seemed to forget we were there. For some reason we were charged a 20% tip automatically for poor service. My side (twice baked potato was cold). He brought my husband a baked potato instead of spaghetti.

This was our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised. It was nice and cozy and the food was delicious. The only disappointment of the night was the service. It seemed like they were short on servers and we had to wait fairly long to get served each time we needed something.

I was a little dissapointed in the food, while the appitizers were wonderful, the entree could have used something more. And I was a little irritated that teh server gave me the wrong ticket and charged my card, had to void it and re charge it.
