Initially refused coupon. Poor service. Not a family friendly environment. Seems to be more of a takeout place.

Food well presented but some items seemed commercially prepared. Midday visit on weekend the staff seemed preoccupied but friendly. Restaurant atmosphere appears to double as a lounge.

Great food and prompt service as usual. Much improved decor with some remodeling. We asked for some babaganoush to go and they waited to make it until we were ready , that's fresh.

We arrived about 5:30 pm on a Thursday. We were the only party at that time. Every table still had the lunch table cloths on them and they were all dirty. no offer was made to change one. We had to ask. Also. later in the meal 4 women came in with a small dog and were seated near us in a booth. I find these actions to be negligent at the least.

it was okay for person that was starving... I have had better gyro. Sorry But I am surprise this place is still doing business. First time I went I was told it was closed for another hour because their employee were having party. So I return again few months later... Sorry not returning again. No kids menu either

Poor service, long wait times and sub-par food (quality and quantity for price charged). Waitress was poorly trained and did not know the menu at all when asked about several items on it.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE. THE FRENCH FRIES HERE ARE THE BEST FRIES WE HAVE EVER EATEN IN OUR LIVES. THE KABOBS WERE A LITTLE BIT BURNED BUT OVERALL THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT.

When we came in, all doors had some glass and the glass on all doors were full of fingerprints !! :( :(Also when we came in the restaurant, no one was there and no one came. We waited about 10-15 minutes before anyone showed up. Later we realized it was a hukaa place.

Waitress did not know the menu. Told us the had chicken fingers then came back to say it was chicken wings. Kids did not like the green cilantro sauce, should have been asked if we wanted that on the side. Waitress spilt large water behind me getting my back and purse wet.

Our server, Raul, is such a professional. The food was just as we expected! Exceptional. They were attentive, the place is always clean and refreshing. We love Misto's!!!!

Only the Rest.com certificate made it an OK experience by reducing the bill. Average food, mediocre service, small portions and high prices. Will not be back, but thank you for the certificate.

After I paid the bill our server never came back to check on coffee or tea. It wasn't busy at all and I tipped 20% on the original prices.

This was good middle eastern food and they even had an Arabic station playing on the TV. We each had a different selection and they were all delicious. This is a small restaurant. They also do take-out.

The waitress was great in helping me with a vegan pita. The falaffal was outstanding. Tasty and with a little crunch. French fries only fried in the oil so I was able to have them. My husband says the chicken kabob was excellent.

Our server was awesome! He welcomed us when we walked in and made us feel very comfortable. He was very attentive, and also warm and friendly. And the food... was perfect! If it weren't for restaurant.com we wouldn't have discovered this place. We will definitely be back. Also, we are gluten free, and it was great to find a place where we could eat many things on the menu.

misters had us soaked within minutes, chairs extremely uncomofortable for dining, protein platter we ordered had very dry and overcooked meat. Otherwise, service was fast friendly and attentive.

The staff is friendly, professional and always make sure you're pleased. The hookah always burns smoothly for HOURS and the food is amazing! I highly recommend this establishment.

We were very pleasantly surprised. Stopped in during the Art Festival at Civic Center, not expecting much. Got tasty food and great service. The gentleman manning the register and serving our food made the visit a pleasure. We'll be back!

I highly recommend dining anytime at the Pita House. The atmosphere is relaxed. The service is excellent. The food is authentic and reminds me of being HOME (San Francisco). Come one, come all - its a GREAT place to dine with family, friends, business or take out. Enjoy! Bon apppetit!

All the food we ordered was very good. The server was pleasant and did a great job serving us. The entrance to the restaurant looked like a walk up/take out place and was not eye appealing. It gave the impression our experience may not be a good one. However, the server asked us if we wanted to be seated indoors or out and to our surprise there was a large dining area and bar through an entrance around the side of the building. Otherwise, our experence was very good.

Even the simple iceberg lettuce was poor quality. Pita restaurants are a favorite place to dine. I unfortunately purchased three certificates for this same restaurant.
