Jordan and other staff were very friendly and helpful, their food was excellent
We ordered to-go plates of country-fried steak. Excellent steak but corn and mashed potatoes as sides were pure starch.Need some green beans or some choices. Side salad was good.
I couldn’t believe how fast the food came out. Our waiter was great! Delicious food and pie!
We have not visited for about 3 months and it was great. All the 'regular' WONDERFUL staff was visible and helpful. The new staff was WONDERFUL too. Thank you Pine Country. Thank you Jordan for terrific service.
The pies are excellent; there are so many to choose from. The food was great and so was the service in a very nice environment. We are visiting from Texas and definitely will go back while we are in the area.
Husband, son, and grandson all loved their meal.(By choice, I waited outside with our dog, but they brought me a piece of strawberry-cream cheese pie, which is to die for.) We have NEVER had a less than stellar meal at Pine Country. We live in Flagstaff, but always stop there when we're near Williams, AZ.
Waitress was Hispanic woman. Very competent and nice!

We love PC. We stop every time we go thru Williams. They are fun and innovative. They have good food and friendly staff. And we can always top off our meal with yummy pie.

There were a lot of us -but it was hard getting everything we needed. The food was the worst we have had there. Fish overdone, Salads where lettuce tasted old, not taste to the taco salad. Spaghetti was awful and we left almost all on the plate.
Good service and large helpings for the high school boys with us. LOL Friendly and helpful staff.

The server seemed annoyed. Every time we asked for anything, she would roll her eyes. She smiled when she asked if we needed anything, then when we responded she made it seem like it was asking too to ask for even a cup of water. The food was delicious!

The food there is always good. They have an excellent staff that are always friendly and helpful.

Very nice and welcoming staff. Classic diner food but they also had healthy options which most diners don't bother with. The daily specials were extra delicious with banana bread French toast!
We often order take-out, usually Chef Salads. They are very good with an appropriate mix of salad fixin's, HB egg and generous amounts of sliced meat and cheese.
Everything was delicious. Server was fun and great. Place is super clean and has a nice little gift shop - plus a latte/espresso bar.

Great food love the pie
I have to say, I had the Chef Salad and it was literally the best Chef Salad I have ever had. It was loaded with meat and cheese and the right amount of greens. Perfect for my low-carb diet! On the other hand, my wife had the pork chops and they were dry and not much flavor.

This restaurant seems to excel in the breakfast category. My experience with lunch is ok and I have never had dinner here. Service is alway great with a large staff.
The service, breakfast, coffee, and atmosphere is good but lunch is ok due to its kind of bland and they use hamburger pattys for the taco salad and nachos. These would be much better with a nicely seasoned ground beef. Thanks Pine Country
THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! The homemade pie is to die for--just like my grandmother's.
I was thrilled to learn they had gluten-free buns. My kids loved the pie.
The waitress was very helpful and attentive. Food came out fast and hot. After salting everything the flavors burst. The bite I took of my daughter's strawberry pancakes was delicious. My biscuits were mostly pretty hard but, I had enough food, it didn't matter because I couldn't eat them all anyway. Everything else was great. I wouldn't recommend for quiet though. Not too loud, just not quiet.
Our waitress was excellent.
Hostess was not very nice. We had 4 girls that wanted to sit at a table by themselvesbut, she said we would have to sit at one long table that she would have set up for us..

I just found out that they take out the gratuity which I do not like as I want to give it to the server myself so that I know he or she gets it. what if I feel that they don't deserve it? that should be my choise.

This was a carry-out order. It was to be ready in 10 mins. When I got there at that time, it took an add'l 15 mins to receive my order.
Was greeted and seated as soon as we entered. The waiter was very attentive and checked on us several times. Extended a fond farewell and thanked us for coming in.
frozen burgers (kid's burger is the same as an adult burger); deli meats too spicy; cheese slices from packaged cheese cut too wide and "chef's salad" was disgraceful in presentation; service was lousy

we had chicken wings and chips for lunch. chicken wings were dried out and hard in spots, chips were soggy like rubber. we have eaten at this restrant for years and have not had food lik this before

SERVICE WAS A LITTLE SLOW. OUR PARTY HAD 2 SEPARATE CHECKS - WE UTILIZED OUR RESTAURANT.COM GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR OURS, THE OTHER HALF OF OUR PARTY DID NOT HAVE ONE. THE SERVER ADDED GRATUTITY ONTO THEIR BILL AS WELL EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE JUST A REGULAR TRANSACTION. NOTHING NOTATED IN MENU ABOUT GRATUITY ADDED TO LARGE PARTIES EITHER (WE WERE 6 PEOPLE TOTAL - 4 ADULTS, 2 KIDS). THIS IS NOT RIGHT.
Fast service
Each time we visit Pine Country, we do have issues with the service being rather slow. The pie is fantastic so we continue to visit when we are traveling in that area, but it would be nice if we could see an improvement in the speed of service. The wait staff is friendly, just for some reason all are very slow.
FOOD AND SERVICE IS ALWAYS OUTSTQANDING.
