It is call-in service only during the COVID-19 crisis,however,it was worth the wait. I ordered the large end dinner. The ribs were so tender and delicious. I had the baked beans and greens and they were good too. Customer service was also good. This is one of the best places in Detroit for delicious BBQ!

Customer Service was excellent. I placed an order over the phone and it was ready and correct when I arrived. The ribs were very tender and delicious. I also had coleslaw and baked beans and they were delicious as well.
Ribs are always tender and delicious. Sides are delicious too. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I think it was rushed. The meat was tough and it tasted like red hot hot sauce. Very bad night for Park's Rib's.

The front desk staff Felicia was friendly and fast.
Employee had some family issues that was clear to the customers...yelling & cussing on the phone right on the front line...
Everyone was very friendly and they were on time with your food.
Preparation of carryout a little slow. Did not have chicken wings available for purchase though they're on the menu.
This is a carry out only" restaurant. By us going shortly after they opened 11:15am, my husband wanted fries and the grill was still being cleaned. I had to order potato salad & he ordered cole slaw. Service was friendly and nice overall.

The rib tips were very tough and I ordered baked beans not green beans with the rib tips. Rib tips were tough and hard. Both of our Sides were very, very small neither were they tasty. It was a waste of money nor will I visit there again. Maybe we should have purchased a slab. They are very expensive!!! Not worth it!

The ribs were good but the short ends were dried out,like they were yesterday's ribs re-heated.
I really like Parks Barb-q, but this visit was my worst. The meat was ok, but the sauce was salty and thick like paste. It will be a good while before I patronize this restaurant again
I have been to parks quite a few times. It was a plus that I had this coupon from restaurant.com. But today I ordered a whole slab of ribs and they had no meat on the bones. I would have thought I had a skinny pig or something. When I picked up my bag I thought it was quite light so I started to eat and each bone had no meat on it literally. I don’t know if they started getting the ribs from another supplier but I am not impressed.

The ribs were tough and their so called sweet barbecue sauce was bitter and tart. The pork and beans tasted like they came straight out of the can from 1963 which was like an old style plain pork and beans run of the mill no flavor at all type beans.
The most amazing BBQ sauce- unique peppery and addicting. We ate ribs soaked in it TWICE tonight- first till we were full then after a few hours we brooke out the rest. It was that good.
The sauce was horrible, the fries were under cooked and the meat was tough. Not to mention that they forgot my ribtips from my order that I had placed at the window whenI got tthere. I called once I got to my destination and I was told not very politely or with any apologies to come back and get them. Then they were put in someone else's bag because one worker misunderstood the other and I seen it taking place but wasn't sure until one worker asked the other if she gave me my ribtips and I said "oh she put that in the guys bag that just walked out " So the worker blamed me for just standing there and watching them put my food into someone else's bag... wow! Really... It's the customer's fault I guess.

The meat I ordered was old. Tasted like it had been cooked days ago and left out. Very disappointed.

I would never go back here again....the worst bbq EVER and I love bbq...sauce was so much of it and so vinegary and messy. mac and cheese side was COLD as was the ribs and rib tips. beans were right out of can like campbells pork and beans. the slaw was NASTY. service was soooo slow, wasn't funny. the tips were these teeny pieces of meat with bone mostly..AWFUL..NO STARS as far as voting goes..terrible
the wait was longer than anticipated. They said 30 minutes, but my order wasn't ready until almost an hour.

There is not enough dining space or room to accommodate many people - basically it is a carry-out operations.
I patronized Park's on Wed, 12/05/2012. Wed is their 'rib tip' special promotion. I arrived around 5:30-6PM. Placed order, order taker told me that there was a 30-40 minute wait because they were waiting for tips to be done. I really go for the sauce (mild), so I placed the order and returned to my car for the wait. Since I had plenty of time, I decided to run an errand close to the restaurant; it took me about 30 minutes...when I returned I continued to wait in the car for another 15 minutes. My dad was with me, so during this time he expressed his frustration with Park's service: THERE IS FREQUENTLY A LONG WAIT TIME! Park's is a small business, so either the service area is packed with customers waiting for their orders or their inventory is not prepared; as in our present situation.When I again went in to pick up my order, I was told the tips were still not ready. When I asked how long, one rep told me she was not sure and another said about 20 minutes. Resigned to patiently wait, I struck up a conversation with another customer; midway through the conversation, the Park's rep (the one that did not know how long it was going to take for the tips to be ready), indicated that when I initially came in, they were starting their shift and that they had to put tips on to cook. Apparently, the previous shift had neglected to prepare for the next shift. Which I find ridiculous...Park's has been in business long enough to guesstimate their business flow. Also the staff, have a very cavalier attitude regarding the inconvenience caused to the customer. 2-2 1/2 hours is beyond to long to wait for carryout. Moreover, their were also customers who had called-in their order and then waited 30-45 minutes before coming to pick it up who also had to wait an additional 1-2 hours. THIS IS EXCESSIVE; worst than a doctor's appointment!Also, the gristle in the tips could be more tender.
Very good flavor, the ribs were very meaty and tender. The mix of the mild and hot bbq sauces was great too.
