Nonna's is family-owned and run. Francesco Chef and Owner is from Bari, Italy. He started his culinary career when he was just 10 years old working in a bakery in Bari. At 16 he moved to Paris, France where he worked as an apprentice to a vast array of chefs gaining knowledge and experience.
