Selection, quality, portion size, flavor were outstanding.
Food excellent, service was fair. Open ar 4:30 but could not order a drink at the table until 5:00 even though you could if you sat at the bar. I don't get that!
I used their take-out service and brought the food to my house for a party. It worked out very nicely and the food was quite good. The staff was great.
I asked for light sauce on my risotto, and after sending it back it still was drenched in sauce. The communication between the waitress and kitchen was ridiculous. After messing up my order 2x the wouldn't take it off our bill, and no manger came out to apoligize.I've never experienced such poor customer service.

We used to live there and it was our favorite pizza place. IT'S STILL DELICIOUS, AND JACOB IS TILL THE BEST SERVER. We also get the meat lovers pizza.It seemed to be a little salter than I remembered, but still delicious.Anytime I go through Greensboro I will be stopping there .
Took forever to get check
Food was good and portions were large. Only issue was that the entrees arrived while we were still eating salads and appetizers; table got very crowded. Could have spaced out the service time a little better. Jacob was a very good server!!

The restaurant is located in a new, upscale shopping area. Atmosphere was comfortable and attractive. Our table was spacious with five diners. The service was fantastic! Jacob was friendly, helpful, attentive to our needs, and cared for several tables plus take out orders; all while providing exceptional service. The food was delicious, pleasantly plated, and well priced.
The waitress was great, Friendly, on top of things. I was just looking around at the decor of the restaurant and they thought I wanted something and they were right there,And not to mention , our waitress was gorgeous. The food was right temparture , and so so good. We came at near closing but they didnt rush us out and me and my wife were the only two left in the restaurant, I will go back soon, the Vegatable Lasanga was to die for, so good and with the bread it was uber yummy. It danced on my palate. The chicken was as an app was perfect. Crispy and tasty, what a combo. The Columbia Merlot was spot on and danced with the Lasanga and my wife's Egg plant parm,, which she loved. I got to tasted her's and it was deliciously different than mine. Each dish was a defineing dish.

OUR WAITER, JACOB, WAS SENSATIONAL. HE ATTENDED TO OUR EVERY NEED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. I'M SORRY WE DON'T LIVE IN THE AREA.

Service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is nicely decorated, although it has that "restaurant in a shopping mall" kind of feel to it, which makes sense since that's exactly what it is. Food was serviceably good if not outstanding.

We had a to go order cor this event as this was the first time ws had their food. We had lasagna and it was delicious zand a generous portion. We definitely will have a dine in next time.

Excellent flavors and quality ingredients in very sizable portions, with a LOT of menu choices. Service was superb and friendly, despite a busy time when the waiter was a bit stretched. Friendly kitchen and other personnel make it seem like a family place, and you fee very welcomed. Other guests there also were enjoying the place.
The Appetizer, mozzarella cheese sticks, was too salty. The food was ok.

The food was good, I asked for extra kalamata olives for my salad, which came with green olives. My son ordered a sub and asked for ranch dressing on the side. When we received our tab, we were charged .50 cents for the ranch dressing and 1.50 for the kalamata olives. Both small round containers. We ordered cheesecake for dessert and asked for strawberry and chocolate toppings. I said we would like both toppings unless there is an extra charge. Waitress said no. We were not charged for extra dessert toppings. I asked the waitress to ask the manager why we were charged for the olives and dressing, he told her that the olives are expensive. He would not talk directly to me even though I was standing at the counter about a foot away from him. I feel this was not handled in a professional manner.We paid our tab and left.Not sure if we will return or not.I told the waitress in the future she should inform the customer of extra charges, she said she thot I knew.How could I if it wasnt communicated up front.

The pizza was very good. The shawarma was just okay - very dry and not much meat. The waitress put another person's meal on my bill (that person was not part of the Restaurant.com certificate and our bill met the minimum $35 requirement without her meal). I didn't want to embarass my other dining partners so I said nothing and ended up paying the higher priced meal. Then, when the bill came, is wrong and I was over charged by almost $8. Finally, for what it is (a family-style restaurant) I thought the prices were high for the quality of food served).

Our waitress was excellent, each time we visited. We tried several deliciousappetizers and desserts. We hoped for fewer pasta options, a seafood option that didn't include clams, and for a few more authentic Lebonese options. Food tastes fresh.

our server was a dark haired young man and i am sorry to say i do not remember his name.This is the 3rd time this young man has waited on us and have never received better service anywhere.Food was also good.

Excellent wait staff; restaurant's decor was fabulous. food was okay. Per my palet the Italian bride soup needed more flavor, however, I was brought the lentil soup in lieu, excellent replacement. Homemade bread was fantastic.

i purchased this certificate when travelling to help care for my dying brother. I failed to see that it was for dine in only. When I explained our situation the staff was wonderful. They told me I could still use it with the 18% gratuity and a fee for packaging. I thank you so, so much for doing that for us so that i could take the food back to our family at the house instead of being in the restaurant.Would definitely come again or recommend since I live in PA.Thank you.

They need to have more smaller tables outside, not all 4-5 person seating so that you can fit more ppl especially at lunch.
