It was take out since it was during the pandemic, the food portions were great!
The families dining here were having a nice time. Food was beautifully plated.

The food just lacked flavor. Beyond mediocre. There was nothing that made me ever want to return.

My order was not 100% but food was overall good apologetic but did not offer to do it right
I ordered a torta with chorizo. the chorizo was raw, I asked a server to let the cook know but nothing positive came from the kitchen. I developed strong belly ache before I even crossed the restaurant door.
The tacos were amazing. We tried 3 different types and were delicious.
Food was very good. Not the "basic" Mexican taco place. Dishes were made with care and well thought out. Reminded me of my trip to Mexico at a good sit down restaurant.
Service was slightly slow, but they were packed. Staff remained calm & friendly while attending to all the tables.

It was taco Tuesday and the waitress and cook told me that tacos were not on special- I had to point out the 4 signs they had to tell them today was taco Tuesday. Other than that it was pretty good and food was good! I will buy more from restaurant.com and come back

Noticed that there are new servers - but they also "talk" behind the bar (as the old ones did) instead of "closely" attending to customers. Someone at the place needs to address this issue. The food is very good, but, the servers need to pay better attention to their tables.
The seafood dish had small bits of octopus and the fish, looked and tasted like canned tuna.
we have been here a few times and always been happy but the food was not good this time. the tamales were old and dry not fresh

I went there for lunch with a restaurant.com cpn. The cpn said it was for dine in only, which I did. However they said it was only for the dinner menu. If it says that on the cpn, I did not see that at all. So I was rather disappointed in that aspect.

beans were cold I sent them back twice. Other than that the fried shrimp tacos were very good. I like the rice with potatoes and carrots in it. Regular margarita is weak.
Not very big... But always have a great meal... Staff are always friendly and every thing made fresh.... Salsa's are made fresh four choices...

wait staff was shorthanded. Took forever to order, to get our food,when we did get the food they got the order wrong, and then my husband was done eating by the timeI received my corrected order. Ordered milkshake that was like water and returned it and asked to have it taken off the check. Then we were given a check that wasn't ours and had to wait forever to get the correct one. The food was just ok.
This is a small neighborhood restaurant with 7 booths that seat 4 each, 4 tables and seating at the bar for 5. There were also 3 really big TVs hanging on the walls. Great food, reasonable prices, friendly service. The servers also did the bar tending.
This is a diamond in the rough. Small place with great food and a large menu. We were surprised since the last time we were in Los Arcos, it was basically a counter; now they have a bar and nice seating. We'll go back.

We rarely eat Mexican cuisine, but decided to try Los Arcos because of Restaurant.com, and have been back for the 4th time this week because of the food quality and service!

Our waiter was excellent. The food was very good. Part was my fault since I did not read menu. my meal came with French fries and I asked if i could swap for beans waiter said sure but came back and said manager said no. Think that was something small they could have did to satisfy a customer

first time back sine it was remodeled. Nice improvement, The free chips with 3 sauces and peppers in glass bowls are a nice touch too. nice step up in atmosphere and menu

Love the place great food would use for celebrations but too small of a resturant but over all great
Los Arcos has great tasting Mexican food. We enjoyed our guacamole appetizer, fish tacos were great, steak tacos were wonderful. We ordered a couple of margaritas which tasted good, but I felt were light on tequila. The only flaw was their wait staff was understaffed, so service was slow. Otherwise, I would come back if we weren't in a hurry, or if we needed take out.
The food is always high quality and nicely prepeared. Big variety on the menu.

We went for take out at around 6:30 PM. They had only 1 waitress to take care of the tables, the bar and take out customers. Poor planning. Everyone had to wait to get a drink and/or get food. The food was so so.

filet beef way overdone and when ordered a specific dish was missing item and they replied changing menus not included. the salsa and chips way salty
Burrito & enchilada dinners were fantastic-so much better than Pepe's across the street.

Great fish tacos
This was our first time dining at Los Arcos. We were impressed by the extensive dinner menu and attentive wait staff. The guacamole was fresh and delicious. We'll be back!
Everything was good food service except it was cold small place when door opened it chilled the whole place chairs & booths were hard plastic cold also most patrons wore their coats, I would go back when its warmer out.

VERY SLOW SERVICE, but excellent food -- tough to eat there at lunch time -- hard to get back to office in time. Nachos and guacamole are first rate; chips and three kinds of salsa are nice touch.
My husbands seafood soup was delicious but unfortunately my steak taquitos had to be returned to the kitchen. I know they deep fry the taquitos but the steak was just little bits of deep fried inedible cripiness. They did replace them with soft flour steak tacos that were just ok. The very small pieces of meat had griesle on the edges.
The food was very good, the service was slow. I would go back again now that I know I have to leave extra time.
