My ribeye was ordered medium rare. There was no red at all. Pink center with a lot of brown edging, somewhere between medium and medium well (almost 2 shades over cooked). My wife's renegade sirloin was ordered medium well and received well done. Our waitress, Kennah, said they applied a discount, which was 10%. It was late and we had no time to wait for a reorder. I offered my military card at the end of the meal and the waitress did not apply the discount. She charged the card and it was only after I asked about the military discount that she said an additional discount was not possible. Isn't that what managers are for? I found that to be very disingenuous, to not mention that until I brought it up. Even with the small discount the bill ended up being too much for 2 overcooked steaks that neither one of was able to finish, not because we were full, but from being over cooked.
