Tasty sweets but a bit expensive
I don’t expect that they would overcharge you when you use the coupon, I bought from restaurant.com. They didn’t abide by there menu prices. They are very unprofessional.
The employees are not welcoming not friendly at all they make you feel like you are bothering them.

Bought the coupon and was charged more to make up for the restaurant coupon- ridiculous!
Sweets are good and ladies working there are very friendly.

I went to this restaurant to buy some sweets on special holiday. They only have some trays ready and not willing to sale kind of sweets I like individually. So, I ended up buying ready made tray of sweets as I didn't want to go any other store due to time constraint.

It is one of the best experiences for a dinner that one would could have especially if you enjoy music. The wait staff all have amazing voices. And they sang almost non stop.

Salmon was old and tough. Prime rib looked good but was tough and needed strong cutting. Appetitizer was really salty. McDonalds biscuits better than bart’s.

Excellent food and wide selection. Exceptional wine list (though a bit pricey in relative terms). Service is wonderful, including singing waitstaff, both individually and in harmony (mostly classic Broadway musical songs).

The steak was melt in your mouth tender! Smothered in Black Bart's mushrooms was a gastronomic delight.
You can tell the food is fresh and everything was delicious. The waitstaff took turns singing with the piano player.

Unfortunately, our waiter was singing when we were seated, but for the long time we waited to give our orders and be served, he made up for it in great service the rest of the meal and photo after. Everyone enjoyed their entrees: 2 steaks and 1 ribs, and the homemade biscuits with honey/cinnamon butter. I will say the Half Chicken entree I got was tasty, BUT NOT half of a chicken. I prefer white meat and what I got was a partial wing, leg, thigh, and very little breastmeat attached to the wing. I would say it wasn't even a fourth of a full breast. We definitely enjoyed the entertainment!!

This is definitely a tourist spot, but if you like musical theater, it is a lot of fun! The food was good, traditional steakhouse fare, and our steaks were cooked perfectly. We also had the fried shrimp, and they were large, tempura battered and crispy. Our waiter had an amazing singing voice (he sounded like Josh Gad from Frozen) and he even took requests! It is a little on the pricy side, but you get dinner and a show!
Everyone was very attentive (servers, bus staff, hostess), food was delicious, fun place to eat with the live entertainment of the singing staff (most students at NAU)
