We love the outdoor patio. We probably wouldn't eat inside because there is always a bad smell. Not sure if it's from the water features.

We went for lunch at 2:00 and the dining room was closed so we had to eat in the bar. Service was slow but food was good. We were the only ones there besides two men at the bar. We would have enjoyed the experience more eating in the dining room. A bar is a sad place on a Thursday afternoon. I'd recommend for dinner.

Service by our server was great.... the food and drink quality — not so much. The pork empanadas had a very weird taste to them, the meat in the enchiladas was very dry, and our margaritas were served in a pint glass with tons of ice... there was just no quality or Mexican authenticity.

Although it was happy hour, the waiter brought out the non-happy hour menu, until we asked for the happy hour menu. My husband's vegetables were all overcooked in the street chicken dish. I didn't like the combination of black beans and corn-too much like succotash. Atmosphere was Mexican cantina style. Not great dining, but fun. W liked the long-time waiter. We wanted to eat on the quieter back patio, but there was an event. We settled for the street side patio. Although we gave our waiter the $off certificate, when we received the bill, it wasn't deducted. The waiter cheerfully fixed it for us.

As someone who works weekends and has Monday's off. It's really nice to be able to grab a bite at La Boca's on a Monday and relax. Food's good, service with a smile and friendly chatting, house margarita 'hit the spot'. Thank you for a good relaxing lunch today!

I had a delicious steak with sautéed onions and a delicious sauce. Even the potatoes and spinach were excellent. My friend was very pleased with the swordfish dinner as well. We were very pleased!It's nice to know that they have other main dishes besides Mexican.

Waited an unusually long time for dinners, and they were luke warm when we got them. I sent mine back to either heat or redo...my husband kept his even though it wasn't hot just because he was hungrey after waiting so long. They gave me a new dinner but it wasn't much warmer than the first. Rice was hard, beans cool and cheese barely melted on top. Very disappointing evening, but waiter was very apolologetic.

Our server Alyssa was great! However, the service was extremely slow but it wasn't her fault. She apologized and stated that the restaurant doesn't give servers sections so that it is fair to the servers. Being in the service industry I truly admire this fair treatment of employees. However, there has got to be more regard for the customer, after all, we are the ones keeping you in business. You guys need to find a better way of keeping both happy. The food was DELICIOUS, loved it. Pink Grapefruit margarita was fabulous as well.

We had 3 different dishes, the steak kabobs and vegetables were well seasoned and tasty and the Pork Osso Bucco was fantastic. The third dish was coconut, mango salsa on salmon that was just ok, a little dry.The service was great!

Love your "new" site. However, there is no sound absorbing material, so it is like dining in a gym. A loud party was on either end, and their shrieks were bouncing off the walls. Install some panels somewhere . . .

I was very pleasantly surprised to find the food very good and much improved since they have moved to their new location. I will definitely return much sooner now. Nice selection of apps and entries, not all Tex-Mex only. Prices are definitely higher now, but worth it.

The service was HORRIBLE! We would have had more drinks but we were only offered one and could not get the servers attention for a refill. Luckily we had a water too. Someone else walked by and removed our empty plates and we waited another 25 mins just to get the bill. Then they added a charge of $1.75 on as an extra tax because of the rest certif. They then said we had to spend 45 before taxes so we just took deserts home. We were there an hour and a half and could have easily had several drinks if we had a decent server. The appetizer we ordered was a buffalo chicken dip. There was NO chicken in it! Not one piece but it was like bleu cheese dressing and buffalo sauce blended together and heated up. That dip was nasty! The shepherds pie was pretty good but mostly potatoes. The desert was alright but may have been better had we eaten it there. If the server even had a small amount of knowledge about serving her customers we would have stayed. We wont be back. We should have walked out when it took her forever to show up at our table. CAUTION, if you don't have time to waste without a drink then stay away from this dive.

The server (Martin) tried to get me to overpay by not deducting the $25 certificated even though he recieved it before we ordered. Then later said just subtract $25 for the total. Then he only deducted $41 from my $50 debit card and gave me the check that said pay $41 instead of Martin subtracting the $41 from the total. Twice he tried to get me to overpay!!

Unfortunately it was not a good experience. Since the weather finally broke, we wanted to sit outside. They have a small patio with 3 tables where one couple was allowed to smoke at the table. The waiter, although nice enough, had trouble keeping up with all the tables. It appears he was the only one serving. We visited around 3:30 to just after 5 on a Sunday so it got pretty busy by the time we left. My husband and I wanted to love this place since we are total foodies and love Mexican cuisine. Sadly, the food was fair at best. I would say this is more like a bar that happens to sell food. It's really too bad. We unfortunately do not intend to visit again.

The food was not great. My fire grilled margharita chicken was smothered in melted cheese (not labeled clearly as so on the menu!). Overall time to eat from seating to finish was almost two hours - took forever for every step of the meal.

Grande burrito was delicious and generous in size. Taco shell salad with grilled shrimp was disappointing with iceberg lettuce and minimal ingredients. Mango dressing is terrific. Atmosphere was fun.

Our waiter was great and the restaurant is very pleasant - decor and table placement wonderful. If the food had been better it would have been ideal. My chicken dish was totally without flavor and although my husband's dish looked fresh he also complained about lack of flavor.
