One of our favorite BYOB spots. Been going here for 10 years and it is always a wonderful dinning experience. Have also had many family parties here and always a success

It took over 30 minutes for the food to arrive at our table after we had placed our order. There was only one other table (of 3) that was ordering food in the restaurant, the rest of the tables were filled with coffee drinkers.

Kelly's is pretty much consistent. They always have a daily special that is a good price, and will fill you up! They are right around the corner from our house. So when we work too hard around our place, they are a great place to stop in and grab a bite.

Service was great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 was because she took a long time before giving us our tab, but it was her first time doing a Restaurant.com promotional so I understand.
