The server seemed disinterested in serving my table. Other servers were very polite and helpful but our assigned server seemed to preoccupied with everyone and everything but serving us.

Pleasant staff and good food. Only concern was getting their attention to get the check and leave.
We had the misfortune to go there at the same time that a large private party was going on. The staff did their best to keep up with everything but we were there far longer than we should have been for a single course meal. No alcohol of any kind.

Friendly waitress; good old fashioned biscuits and gravy.
My meal was OK after it had to go back and redone. First the broccoli was not with the meal because it was not done yet and the baked potato had sour cream on it when I ordered it with butter only.
The service was great! My husband and I had our 4 month old with us and the staff treated him like he was their own. They were very kind. The food was excellent as well! There were plenty of choices and great portions.

Best thing about JBD is that their staff has been there a long time. Usually see staff that you are familiar with, etc...

Busy Sunday with excellent service as ordered, warm and tasty. On-time coffee refill.
We normally have an early breakfast before my husband goes off to work. A couple of years ago the waitress who served us was really stingy about pouring us a second or third cup of coffee. Haven’t seen her the last couple of times we’ve been there, but the servers seem to have to problem filling up our coffee cups with hot coffee.
Service was very nice and friendly. Staff seems pretty stable there as I always see the same folks.
Order taken soon after seating, orders timely delivered, food prepared as ordered, coupon reduced cost...not bad, eh!

In earlier visits it was difficult to get coffee refills. The last two times we were there a different wait staff was there and the coffee refills were more frequent.
Food is very fresh!!! A lot of Greek dishes on the menu, lots of options.

Disappointed in meat loaf, a freezer TV was better. Partner had Falafel platter that was good could have had more dressing.
They shorted my bag two orders of fries and I didn’t notice until I got home.
The waitress was hardly responsive. There was no "thank you", welcome of any kind ... just a sad face that never smiled. It was like the couldn't care less if you were there.
Off night for restaurant. Service was good but food was ot as good as usual
Sometime the owners changed and it went down hill. Went on Sun. nite, football just started so maybe that's why it was almost empty, would have been nice if the game was on while waiting. Had carried out food, burger still ok, fries were cold, greasy like they had been sitting, cheese for fries usually would be so hot you would have to let cool was cold and not sure if they changed brands. Don't know if because close to closing time they didn't feel like cooking but might be a long while before going back.
My wife enjoyed the turkey special and i liked the hamburger. Plus the french fries weren't too salty.

The menu is large so that's not a problem. However, when your name includes the word "hotdog", the dogs should be HOT. Ours were lukewarm, at best. The fries were hot and good.
