We ordered garlic knots, pizza and salads. I think they forgot to put the garlic knots in the oven. When we inquired about them, after the salads had already been finished, we were told they take longer to bake them. When the pizza and knots came at the same time, the knots were hot, but the pizza was not. That pretty much confirmed that the order for garlic knots had been forgotten.

The dining area is relatively clean, but most times the music is too loud for any kind of conversation at the table. The very young waitresses don't seem to have any enthusiasm about their job. The food was rather good this time. The first time I ordered a calzone there was a foreign piece of plastic, rather large, inside of the food! Could have choked. They were apologetic but I should've gotten that meal for free!

The atmosphere of johnnys is definitely bar-like, which is fine if that's what you're looking for. It's dark in there and in the evening it makes it hard to see if you're facing the windows. There were TVs going everywhere with various sporting events playing, which is fine, if that's what you're looking for. Unfortunately there was a sporting event right by our table which made my teen/tween daughters a little uneasy. I'm. It that person to ask for it to be changed because I assume there are probably people in there that were watching and enjoying. I just told my daughters not to look and engaged them in conversation to finish our meal. I wouldn't call it a family place for young children. The tables are not big enough to accommodate families or parties over 4. We just ordered pizza. It was ok, not the best I've had.

The service was very poor. My pizza was burnt and sent back. My son was fine eating before I received my remake. The second one was undercooked. Disappointed. Unfortunately I have three more coupons to use here.

Johnny's on Dallas Hwy, in Marietta has great pizza and the atmosphere is warm and inviting! Their crust is a perfect combination of crispy and chewy and the tomato sauce is the best!

We had the calzone and the greek salad. The calzone was good, but many pieces of the lettuce was a little brown and was not really fresh. They should make sure the lettuce is fresh each day. This lettuce looked to be a few days old. I will try the restaurant again, but will ask for fresh lettuce.

Fortunately, we were able to convince him to have it with pepperoni and sausage. It was half the size it usually is at the jasper johnny's and it was extremely sparse with the filling. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Even though these are franchises, it always feels like the "local pizza joint" (in a good way!). The wait staff has definitely improved recently, much more attentive then my experience a year ago.

For about ten years we lived by the Johnny's on Cherokee Street in Kennesaw, they pay close attention to the details. Sorry, I have visited about five other Johnny's around Cobb and Cherokee countys and none of them are close in service or food quality.

I think Johnny's has the best pizza around. I love this Johnny's because they have a few specialty items that the other Johnny's don't have. The service is always great too! The only reason I gave only a "good" for overall dining experience this time is because the pizza order got a little mixed up. I didn't mind that too much, because they offered to take it back and cook a new pizza, at which I declined and decided just to pick the onions off. I do think it would have been nice, as a gesture, to offer free drinks or free appetizers as a token in instances such as this.

The lasagna was great. The buffalo chicken wrap was a little too heavy on the buffalo sauce for my taste - it was dripping in sauce and almost too hot to eat. Waitress was great!

Only drawback was a crowded table. Restaurant was fairly empty when we went in, but we were put at a table for four with one chair stuck on the end, and it was a bit uncomfortable.

The food and service were great. Our only problem is that our soft drinks were flat, when we mentioned it, we were told that they were out of the fountain diet coke and were using two liters, if they keep the fountain stocked better, I would give it all excellents.

We have been regular customer's at this Johnny's since it opened. It is hard for only two of us to use the restaurant coupons with a minimum purchase of $50 so we can only use when we have family visiting from out of town. I wish they would take into consideration parties of two in making their coupons. Our server last night was exceptional. One of the best we have ever had there.

We go here regularly and normally have a good experience. They were out of wings which is what my husband ordered so then my food came out early and we had to wait a while on his. The waiter was new and not quite up to speed as the normal waiters/waitresses are. I'm sure he'll get better with experience.

Service was slow or invisible, at times. I had to get up and ask for salad dressing and again, when we needed soda refills, after waiting too long. Pizza took a long time to come out, too. Wasn't a great visit.
