Excellent meal, swift service, and great value. Will return again

The waitress paid no attention to us, we had to ask twice for water before it was given to us, she attended to us twice, when she took the order and gave us the check. We asked for extra rice since the portion for two that she gave us was about 1/2 cup and was told it would cost an additional $4.00
