Very Good Food, served nicely by well prepared server, after just a little longer than expected time to table.
Everyone very friendly. Struggled some at check out with processing this coupon but that happens some times. Food delicious as usual.
It was busy but staff got us seated soon as they could and service was good we got our food in a timely manner and food tasted good.
Need to improve training of host stand people. Both present ignored growing line of people trying to get name on list and needlessly created a crowd blocking the small pathway for anyone ready to be seated. Whispered names from list amidst fairly loud crowd noise...took multiple whispers to be heard. Server though was exceptionally good. Appropriate attentiveness without being always in your face. Would have checked 5-6 times per year if choice given

This was probably the nicest IHOP I've ever been to and the server was amazing!
The IHOP at Gainesville was once a tradition for my son and I. We don’t get there as often as we used to, but we still enjoy going there on Saturday mornings. The staff is always friendly and responsive, the food is always hot and well-prepared, and the coffee is always fresh.
Service was quick and polite. The cashier was super friendly and efficient.

Good food and service overall. The reason for the low stars is because when we arrived we were not even seated yet and already were asked what we wanted to drink. Please consider letting patrons sit down first. I would have ordered OJ in addition to coffee, but did not since I was so rushed.

the service was good. The hamburger was good, but the appetizer sampler was overcooked and burnt in some spots. Looks as though the oil needed to be changed.

We had a nice experience, were greeted and seated promptly. Our server greeted us right away, offered drinks, provided menus, took or order and kept an eye on our table. She was pleasant, patient and kind with us. our meal was very nice, and we felt a good deal for the price we paid. I had a coupon I was using, offered through a program with my company, and the woman checking us out had difficulty getting the coupon to work, but she was very communicative with me during the checkout process, and was very kind and pleasant. We'll definitely go back to this location!

Steak tips were a little burned.We ordered 2 entees, each was $1 on the receipt more than what was on the menu. Asked the waitress, she said there was nothing she could do to change the price.

It's IHOP. Its the food you would expect at IHOP. the coupon makes it more appealing since it makes it a cheap place to eat. The service is friendly and attentive at this location. Can't beat it.
Waiter did not seem to care, room was cold (temperature)empty except for one other couple. We were not yet finished with our meal (about 9:00pm) and the staff was closing down the place.
Wonderful!!! The salmon and sea bass were outstanding! Santino was our waiter and his service was impeccable. We can't wait to go back

Very pleasant staff. Manager came over to check on us. we actually felt welcome and comfortable there. Fast service.it's still cold in there, so if you're like me sit close to the kitchen. This store seems to be a little better then the one in manassas
Needed a high chair for my 4 year old, but we were first placed at a table that did not accommodate one. We were then begrudgingly moved to another table with another waitress where service fell short. We waited several minutes just to get a menu, and while I place my 4 year old's order immediately, it wasn't until well after his food was received that the waitress took my order. Never once were we "checked in" upon, so I had to call her attention when we needed things like napkins, refills, and sweetener for our drinks. Finally, we requested bacon "extra crispy" and yet it came to us very limp and soggy, and not even the whites of my eggs were set; bad enough for any non-scrambled eggs, but I had even ordered over-medium.

The waitress was pleasant and delivered the correct order. She did not return until we were finished eating. We were waiting to order drink refills. The restaurant was not busy while we were there. When we left there were many empty tables that had not been cleared. We did see that there was a hand written sign in the window about "Hiring Now". The time of our visit to IHOP was approx 4:15 PM. We have been to this IHOP many times, and this is the worst service we have ever had. Maybe this was a new server.

Our waitress was okay. Not all the food came as requested. Changes were readily made. The assistance of another waitress helped tremendously. The food was excellent.

The wait on the food from the kitchen was extremely long and the order did not even come out in its entirety. I had to wait until I was almost finished my meal before the pancakes came out. The restaurant was not packed with people so I do not understand the wait. There were people that were in larger parties and seated after us that received their food before we did. Did not make sense.

On a very busy Sunday morning, we were seated within 15 minutes, coffee appeared quickly, and our meal arrived in a very short period of time. Service was amazing!

I eat fish here often and never have tartar sauce. Not a big deal but seems if you offer fish you could make some with mayo and onion/relish for those who ask for it. It's simple to do.
40 minute for food. Received food we did not order. Usually good takes 10-15 minutes to arrive. Must have been short in kitchen or new help.
Waiter was good and very attentive. BUT, this IHop, which we do not frequent often was out of Monster Cheese sticks. Very disappointing to the kids. Other then that, it was good.

Our waitress Bianca was great, had a bit of an issue finding someone to pay when it was time to leave but all in all it was a good experience.

Three of us ordered breakfast items, and those were all great. They even managed to correctly prepare our "scrambled soft" eggs. However, my wife ordered a T-bone steak, and four tries, they still couldn't manage to cook one medium rare. The first one was well done, and all the others came out rare. My wife eventually settled, and we weren't charged for the steak. It was also New Years Day, so we're expecting the "A-team" was not working that day.The lesson to us is to stick to breakfast and sandwiches when dining here.

A wonderful server. Could not have been any better. The food was also very good. I travel weekly and eat out often and appreciate good service.
Our overall experience was good. The server did a great job. The resturant seating was too crowded. They had too many tables & chairs in the dining area. I felt bad for the servers trying to carry trays of hot food with limited space between tables. The resturant was friendly, clean and had good food.
