The service was extremely slow and it wasn’t that busy. My meal was fair at best however my husbands was good.

Our waiter Matthew was friendly and extremely helpful. The manager came by to see if everything was satisfactory, which it was. Great friendly atmosphere.

The restaurant was terribly understaffed. There were only 2 servers for the entire time that we were there. Some people left the restaurant after waiting a long time to be seated. The 2 servers were working their tails off, but they need a lot of help.

I was charged .89 for requested onions in my hashbrowns. I was not told by the waitress there would be a charge for them. Charging .89 for a small amount of onion is way too much... I have never been charge in any other restaurant for onions in my hashbrowns/potatoes.

My wife's food was prepared completely wrong. As it was brought several minutes after all the other food had been delivered she ate nothing because she didn't want to make everyone else wait for another meal to be prepared.

The seating was prompt and the waitress was attentive. However she forget to bring requested items such as refills and silverware for two guest. Lemon for our water. She offered apologies but I sensed this was a new waitress. Our food arrived cold. One of the guest request fries instead of shredded potatoes but was served both. Another looked as if three chicken strips were thrown on top of a scoop of fries.

The restaurant is so accomodating. We had many dishes to share and a brought in birthday cake and they were wonderful in serving it. Al the happy hour choices were great.

OMG! Our waitress, Bea, was amazing! She was so attentive and the best part was she figured out a way for us to save money on our bill by combining orders. The store manager was very polite and competent with our Restaurant.com app.

There were very few customers when we ate there for lunch, yet service was slow. We ordered iced tea, for example, and had to ask several people for sugar eventually getting up and finding it ourselves.

Although we enjoyed the food, it seems that the prices have gone up considerably in the last few years. We used to be able to feed our family for less at IHOP, but it costs much more now than ever. Other than that, we like the food, location, servers, etc.

cheesesteaks were terrible cheap grade of meat and dry french fries over cooked insides were dried out very disappointed ordered a large pizza as we always do but got a medium and was charged for a large done with there for awhile.

Love the atmosphere, and as much as we ove the German food, I tell people you have the best fish ever! My husband loves the Munich scallops and I love the Haddock/scrod Meneure. Everytime I decide to order something else, I usually end up getting the fish. Love the salad and the Spatzle. I have eaten the various snitzels and the lamb, they are all good. Good Cosmos too!
