- The restaurant ran out of sausage. I don't even understand how that's possible when breakfast is your main meal. -Our waitress was so frazzled that she spilled the contents of my orange juice all over the floor and on my foot. She didn't even bring me another one. She just sat that orange juice covered glass on our table and walked away. -She spilled an entire tray of milkshakes. -I ordered strawberries and cream crepes, and she brought me strawberry banana crepes. -When we asked her for extra napkins, she brought us napkins that looked like she just lifted them from another table that was done with their meal. They were ripped and covered in coffee. One of the worst experiences I've had at this IHOP.
The restaurant was crowed on a Sunday morning. After waiting to get a table we were seated next to the kitchen and had harried waitress.
Was sat right away at a clean table service was very good and both meals tasted great
It took over 45 minutes to receive our food. with a 2 year old in our party, it became difficult to keep him happy.

The waiter was excellent. The steak was overcooked, but everything else was perfect. Clean restaurant staffed by great people.

They have a little bit of everything. It's rare that you can't find something you would like at IHOP.
It took a very long time today and the waitress never explained the delay. As we were leaving, she talked us into trying the milkshakes and was gone for over 30 minutes. No bill, no milkshakes. We had to stand up and start to leave again to get her to come back and say the milkshakes were almost ready.
The food was cold, had to wait awhile for a drink refill, when I said about the free milkshake the waitress claimed she asked if we wanted one.. but did not say her favorite like it said she had to inorder to not give the deee one
The staff at this IHOP work very hard to make you feel at home and part of the family.
Katie was our server and she really made our day. She was very efficient, gave us service with a smile, and brought joy to every diner and staff member she interacted with.
Not as busy as some other iHOPs I've been to. Server was great and food came out fast.
My daughter ordered over hard eggs and they came back almost sunny side up. My Belgian waffle was the driest waffle I've ever had in my life and the strawberry pancakes had Frozen strawberries not fresh and they were nasty also

The steak is awful For me it is not worth 13.95 compare to other restaurant. So I will never order it again that means I will still come for breakfast only. The waitress forgot my utensils . I have to ask for it. She was too busy.

The food here is what you'd expect at a family restaurant. All day breakfast, burgers, etc. All prepared quickly and brought to your table promptly and served with a smile.
The pancakes are good! The restaurant needs updated little or a deep cleaning. The booths seem small and the seat sinks.

Luis was our waiter and he was pleasant and courteous. Someone in our group had forgotten a purse in the booth, and Luis brought it to us as we were paying for our meal at the entrance to the restaurant. We appreciated that very much.

The place was CROWDED but it was $.56 short stack pancakes coupled with Kids Eat Free. We only waited about 20 minutes and the service was MUCH better than I expected for the crowds!
We had a wonderful waitress named Jessica who deserves the highest praise for her service. She was friendly, quick and always knew what we needed before we had to ask.

My dining experience is always good at IHOP, the food is great, the prices are wonderful, however, this time the air condition in the area we were dining in was too cold, which not only made me cold but my food as well. It was too crowded to have the hostess move us, so we ate and left.
