1. Had to cover ears after seated from child screaming. Continuously. 4+ minutes. Painful. 2. Waitress took my order, took it to kitchen, then came out and took order of customers who arrived later. Nearly 20 min later, she brought out both orders, delivered the other first then stood and talked with them, then brought my order.
The server was much more cordial than the one we had several days before.
Manager said that only 1 $10 coupon could be used during visit and the other time we went was able to use 2 coupons
Slow service. The booth we sat in was ripped and taped. No plates with appetizer. Had to ask for refills for our drinks. The roasted chicken sandwich had soggy bread and chicken was white, not even browned. At the time we were there, there were less than dozen customers in the restaurant, lack of attention and service was not due to being busy.

A battery back-up to a door or fire alarm that was obviously failing near our dining room provided a very unpleasant disturbance every few minutes as it notified the staff that it needed to be changed. (Why wasn't it taken care of?)

Waitress was really nice, but the service was a little slow. It wasn't a big deal cause it was Sun morning at IHOP and it was packed, so we knew the service would be a little slow, so we just relaxed and enjoyed it.

It seemed as though this location was catering to the seniors more that day. No one really checked on us, refilled our drinks, asked us how we wanted our meat cooked, etc.
They have really improved this location, the service was great, restaurant atmosphere was good, food was great!

Food was great the tea was a little bland, and our waitress was a joy.

The was professional and organized for such a busy day.
The food was amazing as usual. The service was slow though.
Complete order was not delivered together, some food was cold by the time the missing food was brought out

Love their pancakes. They special order for me the nut ones with blueberries. The servers are always very pleasant.
I love the belgian waffles with whipped cream on top. Also, because I prefer "french vanilla" flavoring in my coffee, our Server recommended a coffee with whip cream in it, now I am hooked on that. Thanks I-Hop, love ya
Our server was excellent - friendly and efficient. The food also was excellent. I enjoyed my salad and my companion was surprised at the vast size of his steak sandwich.

Waitress' are always very efficient, in that they are always available when needed, quick to respond to a request, refilling drinks or at least offering.
Eveything was as we expected great food excellent service and great potions.

Very plain food. Smaller portions then used to be. Fairly expensive considering the [lack of] decor, pleasant but bare minimum service, and very basic food quality.

I have gone to this Ihop many times, This is the first time I've been disappointed with the food and service. The food was cold and the waitress was ghost, another waiter had to assist

As busy is the place is---good service and great food in timely manner too
waitness did not care if we was there or not. I had to ask her 4 times for sweeten for my coffee and then I got up and got them from another table. I waited 20 miuntes for my bills. I had other things to do. this will not stop me from coming back. I hope my service will be better next time I go to ihop

Normally I satisfied with IHOP's services, but last not was not the norm. Poor hostess services upon arriving. It was extremely hot in restaurant. Even our waitress complained about the heat. Service was really slow and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant.
Each time we haveeaten at iHop (every other week, lately), we've been satisfied with our food, as well as, the service. Given tthat said and the fact ihop is a participant of Restaurant.com, we are pleased to keep going back.
Table was still dirty. Hostess wiped table off while we waited but it was still wet.Had to use our napkins to dry it and clean off the seats.

Our server was very polite and cheerful especially for 8am in the morning. Our dining area was very clean, lots of room for a 2 year old, food came out quick and everything was delicious.
We were greeted promptly and our server was polite and attentive. Being a chain the food is up to the standards the company has and it all arrived hot and properly prepared. It's not fine dining, but they make darn tasty pancakes and crepes!
IT WAS 11AM AND THERE WERE A LOT OF PEOPLE IN IHOP. WE EXPECTED TO HAVE A LITTLE WAIT BUT THE WAITRESS WAS BACK WITH OUR FOOD IN A SHORT TIME. I SAID "WOW, THAT IS AN EFFECIENT KITCHEN YOU HAVE. THE FOOD WAS GOOD. THE SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING AND WE ENJOYED OUR VISIT.

I had to send my order back because they included peppers and onions, that I said not to add. I also had a take away order that was over cooked and had to do over. Usually the food is great, but this time it was not.
Our waitress (Theresa) was the greatest. She had a fantastic attitude and her service was point on!

When we first walked in we requested outside seating and we were told that wasn't available so we turned around to leave, as we were approaching our vehicle a waiter came outside to get us to tell us that he would take be glad to serve us outside. (Thank You Jorge S) While we were initially disappointed and about to leave, he made the meal enjoyable. The weather was fine outside, not cold/wet/rainy...so I am unsure why we were first told we could not sit outside.
It did take a long time for someone to wait on us. It was not very busy. But waitress that finally came to us was good
Our server was extremely friendly and polite. (only "complaint" we ordered a sampler that has cheese sticks and was not told there was no marinara sauce until after food was delivered.)

ordered blueberry pancake kids meal but with buttermilk batter not wheat. Came out wheat. Waitress took back. Cook refused to make blueberry pancake as ordered for waitress saying would not do for kids meal. (our table was right outside kitchen, I heard the arguement the cook had with the waitress myself.) came out buttermilk only. I just asked waitress for blueberry compote because it was not waitress fault. I still gave waitress a 21% tip based on bill before the $25 certificate was deducted.

asked for canadian bacon, got pork ternderlion, manager did take care of mistake quickly. Asked for refill of iced tea several times before waitress finally bought some over. Blueberry compote was frozen on waffles.

We had to listen to the wait staff talking about how some girl was "freaky deaky". Had to get up and get ketchup for ourselves which ended up being empty. Our waiter was more interested in chatting with coworkers instead of bringing us anything
Men who were doing construction work on the restaurant came in after us and were seated behind me and were loud and kept pushing on the seat. There were many empty seats available.

We always have a wonderful meal when go and the service has always been wonderful as well. We have been to many locations when travelling and in the areas near us and always experience the same quality of food and service. Have been going to IHop for 40 or more years.

The manager was dressed as if she had just rolled out of bed and looked very sloppy. I didn't even know she was the manager until I asked. She was more than rude and very unkind, and unprofessional. I would never visit that IHOP again.
