3.99 to sub a salad instead of fries is pretty high. Were also overcharged for our burger. Was supposed to be $7.49, but charged over $9. Ended up being a pretty expensive lunch. they also charge for extra salad dressing. Also did not bring salads before the meal.
Our server Josh was amazing, he was running around the whole place satisfying everyone’s needs. We will be back!
Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. I made it in time for happy hour drinks but my friend was late. We ended up moving to a different table because my friend had knee surgery and couldn't sit on high stools. The food was fabulous and served to us very quickly and hot. There's nothing worse than cold French fries! Good portions because we both had extra food to take home!! We will be back!

I bought $5.00 of meat raffle tickets, I was sitting in the restaurant side. The gal selling tickets just stopped by my table. They spun the wheel twice before the whole thing ended. my number won for a drink. Second spin. The bar tender said to find Amy I sorta shrugged and went back to my table. In a few minutes the bar tender gal came storming out in a hurry picked up all my raffle tickets I had and said THESE ARE OLD TICKETS! Rather loudly then turned around and went back to the bar. Very very odd. I’ve never wanted to leave a place so fast. My brat bites were frozen on the inside, the burger was very greasy. Not a good place at all.
We go to Hawks on Wednesday’s for dinner and bingo.
I give the waitress after our &;15 movie got out, who waited on us at the low seating tables an 11 out of 1-10! and the Greeter in the pink shirt and our earlier waitress a 5. We told her at 6:30 when we came in we were in a hurry, needed to order and eat fast, asking if someone could wait on us right away so we could eat b4 the movies. She took our drink order, then avoided us for 30 minutes, so we got up and left to make our movie on times. Decided to come back after to give the place another chance. No regrets the 2nd time.

Steak very bad couldnt even cut it i cut my finger with thr knife. I did tell the bartender about the steak didnt seem 2 care

Burger was basic and lukewarm. Nothing special, kind of dry. Service was wonderful, but the food was "he".

Sometimes its a tad frustrating at the bar.... There are only about 16 chairs, yet if a drink is empty I have waited several minutes to get the attention of the bartender because there is too much private conversation with bar patrons.

We brought our niece from Texas to the meat raffle and it was so fun! Our waitress was absolutely wonderful and very attentive, not to mention patient with our huge group. The food was delicious and the prices were fine. Thank you!

It was a large group and the atmosphere was very good. We had a room 'almost' to ourselves and a waitress that really did her job!

It seems like the waitress disappeared and we had to look around to find her. It is normally not a big deal, but when everyone had empty drinks it was a little frustrating. It also seemed like one drink would get filled and she'd miss the other two empty glasses at the table. She'd grab one ask and then leave before asking everyone else.
Only problem was when there were 2 kids playing the pinball machine and they were pounding the buttons on the side so loudly could hardly hear each other talking. Okay when not doing this. Maybe machine should be in another area.. We were sitting near middle of room away from them.

All staff members that we had contact with went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant dining experience.
We arrived before opening time and they invited us in and started their evenings work 20 minutes so we would not wait outside.

It was really busy with volleyball so I can forgive the slow service but the cold/burnt appetizers and cold food cannot be forgiven. Poor quality-not up to the normal par we are use to from Hawks. Waitress seemed bothered to help us.
My husband's burger was good, my steak was perfect, salads were great and the kids' meals were great as well. the wait staff was good.
The menu had nmany options and the sweet potato fries were the best we've ever had.
I believe we had the owner serving our table. She did not check back on us a single time until 5-10 minutes after we were completely done eating (although both of us had empty drinks for over 20 minutes). She also wasn't very friendly. We would've gladly went there once a month for the next 10 years--instead, we tried it once and will never return.
Ran out of wings special at 6:30 on St. Patrick's day, ran out of substitute at 7:15 and then was told no more substitutions would be offered. This is not the Hawk's I remembered from years ago. Something is wrong with management or owner, staff was friendly and helpful, but only so much they can do.

They have a Sunday burger basket special and a 2/1 drink special during the football game and we were not able to partake in these. That is something I have not experienced before.
It took a long time for a server to get to our table.Then it took 10 minutes to get our drinks 2nd round took just as long.Food took forever all fries and onion rings were cold sandwiches barely warm when it finally did come out.
The service is generally slow so don't plan on being in a hurry.
I ordered the mussel dinner. Half the mussels were very small(probably the smallest I have ever seen). I ordered it with the curry sauce which had no flavor

We introduced our Corvette Club to Hawks. Everyone seemed to be pleased with the food, prices, the servers and the total experience. We will be back!

I ordered a salad without dressing. They out dressing on the salad so it had to be re-done. The salad came out ability onions and tomatoes and no croutons. Very disappointed in the food bit the servers were very patient and understanding. Our servers were Robin and Erin and they were very nice about everything.

Service was bad, some of the food wasn't great. Ordered a cheeseburger(which was undercooked) kids meal for my 2 kids to share and received an adult meal, waitress said sorry didn't hear the kids meal part so I still got charged for the adult meal and no treats for the kids, my husband and I ordered sirlons medium both came well done, baked potato was not done and all was cold, my 6 yr old daughter bravely told the waitress the game didn't give her a ball when she put four quarters in and the waitress said ok, must be broken...no offer of a refund or anything. On a positive note, the fried pickles were good :)
We waited almost 45 min. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food. Waitress never apologized or offered something for waiting patiently.

I've been going to Hawks for over 20 years. Love the relaxed atmosphere and the food is consistantly good.
Very busy place. Took 2 hours to get a burger. Then they would not let us order a burger to go with the offer. Ridiculous. Good food but never will go there on q friday night.
The quality of the food and atmosphere was much better than I had anticipated. We had a good time.
