The food, in the case of 2 of 3 diners, was not good. Greasy eggplant, hard chicken parm, poor quality linguini and bad sauce.
Pizza was quite good. Overall, a bit pricy.
Very clean, pleasant atmosphere. Music was low enough so you can actually talk to another person.

My wife said the Mediterranean salad was good and she was pleased. My stromboli was good but there is a lot of wasted dough at each end which leads me to believe the stromboli could be stuffed a little more with the 3 choices you choose off the menu.

My dinner (pasta special) was very good. My husband's (a pasta & chicken dish) was only so-so.
Service was poor. The food quality was poor. A frozen entree would have been better.
waitstaff is excellent and patient. Food is excellent. Great for kids!

We enjoy eating at this restaurant. The happy hour prices on what we drinking eight weren’t exceptional or discounted. Six wings for five dollars and no discounts on a higher shelf stuff. The service was great but I think next time we’ll sit at a table
Our hostess Ginger was attentive and efficient. Our apps--calamari and caprese were good and arrived at the appropriate time, well-displayed. I ordered the cajun-chicken penne special and a side of the apple-gorgonzola salad. Delightfully pleased! We had a corner table near the windows...very warm and cozy. We were greeted by Joe the owner, who spoke warmly and knowledgeably about wine and entrees.

Huge difference in wait staff. This time our waitress was not forthcoming about extra charges so in that sense we were disappointed, all other times the wait staff says if there's an upcharge. This time it felt like age was purposely trying to get out bill higher for bigger tip.

The food was good. The food was a little pricey. We ate during mid-afternoon. The service level was limited. We will probably try the restaurant again during normal dinner times to see if service improves.

Got a pizza but it only had about 10 pepperoni on an extra large. Cheese was almost see through. Could have went to pizza hut and got better.
We really enjoyed our first visit. We heard the pizza is really good and it was we wanted to try the deep dish but they were out of it next time we will. Had the chicken parmigiana and it was one of the better ones I have had elsewhere would definitely get it again. We had a great bottle of wine also. Great experience. Wish there would have been more outdoor eating we had yo eat inside.
Everything about the experience was terrible. Service was slow.Our soup was served after we got our meal. We were charged for 2 items that we shouldnt have been. Our waters werent refilled. Very disappointing!!!!

We love the food and the atmosphere at Fratelli, however, we only go there when we have a coupon as we think they are a little expensive.
soup was hot, but I should have received my bread when my drink was brought out and I could have used a second helping of bread when my main dish came out.

We ordered 2 Mediterranean salads which h were $14 each. They were the size of a small house salad. There was hardly any salad to eat and we left spending $35.00 for 2 salads and a glass of wine not counting the $4 for the coupon. Very disappointed and will not return.
No room inside for the restrauant was expecting groups for graduation - only one party showed up while there. We had to sit outside for this reason

My daughter ordered the tortellini. The cost was $9, it was a very small portion and she said it was tasteless. My calzone was burned ( black )on the bottom and the top. There was no filling in one quarter of it at the end. VERY POOR !!!!!!!

If your going to charge $13 for a basic pasta dish, then it should at least include a salad and or bread. $7 for a vegetable bowl of penned with alfredo sauce, and $6.50 for 4 chicken tenders with nothing offered as a side on the kids menu is also way over priced. I sat with an empty drink for half of my meal, and then asked we could order some bread or something because my kids were still hungry. Then was told, I'm sorry I forgot to put an order in for your table bread. So we waited for bread for 15 minutes after our meal was finished, bread that should have come before, or with our meal. The excuse was, sorry I'm flying solo. But there were only 2 other tables, and they were both finished when I was seated. So my table was the only table being served for almost the entire time of my visit. Not to mention both of the other tables sat dirty through my entire meal, and we're still not cleared when I left, even after another waitress showed up.

I enjoyed my chicken parm, it was cooked to perfection, The sweet tea was prepared just right as well. prices were good and affordable. waitress was very attentative and service time was great.
Not only was the food delicious, the waiter (Eddie) was great. The other people working there were very friendly and the atmosphere felt as if we were in Italy. A great experience! Will definitely be back.

The young man who took our order on the phone was very efficient and pleasant. This is the same man who delivered our order and checked us out.
We had 3 children with us & they enjoyed the pizza as much as we did... and free drink refills.
Waiter was not as attentive as he should have been. We had to get his attention and ask for drink refills and to pay our check. We were only people he had to wait on

Place was empty, yet it still took 15 mins for a server to come over. Did not clear ANY plates at ANY time, making table space premium. Server grade F-. Kids wanted to watch cook make pizza (out in open) and cook NOT friendly. WAAAAAAY TOO EXPENSIVE as well. Three 1 topping pizzas, 4 side salads = $70 (before tip). Ridiculous.

The food was very overpriced for the quality & we felt that this was due to their location. I ordered the Manicotti which was okay. My husband ordered the chicken parmesan which is $16.89. It was a big disappointment. It didn't taste fresh & the breading was soggy. We had a discussion at the table about how we could get better food at Olive Garden for a cheaper price + unlimited salad and breadsticks. We were disappointed that even after the coupon we paid $40 for our meal which is about what we would have paid at Olive Garden for better & more food. I would not visit this restaurant again.

The server was very rude. Couldn't tell if she was the bartender or a server. When I questioned what came with the kids chicken tender meal, she said the chicken tenders, no sides. ?? So I asked again to clarify and she confirmed, then said "I don't make the menu". We had to ask for menus, sat at our table for about 10 minutes before I asked the waiter who brought us our wine (not our server as she was behind the bar) to please bring us menus. My kids are 2 5 and 6. It was my 5yr olds birthday and I wanted to keep it special for her. She did get a free piece of chocolate cake. Food is good, but my dining experience was less than adequate.

We eat out 2/3 times per week and have enjoyed Fratelli before. A bit pricey for the food, but very convenient. We specifically ate this time for the "accidentally bought" lunch coupon.
we love your place. you do a really good job. Music outside would be great and maybe a few more menu items especially less expensive ones that aren't so pasta like. smaller portions. One girls spaghetti dish last night was great but way too much food. Charge less choices that are smaller proportions. Just food for thought :)

horrible atmosphere. the restaurant smelled like lead paint and and the environment was generally awkward. The food was freezer quality at best. I just love being served soft white spongy bread at an "authentic" Italian restaurant
My visit started off disappointing. The menu prices were significantly higher than on the website. The bread that was brought to the table was stale and unedible. The entrees were very good which somewhat redeemed the restaurant. The service was mediocre. We showed up about an hour before closing time and it felt like they were trying to close down the restaurant from the time we sat down.
Was disappointed in wait staff.
The meal was excellent and they made our pizza exactly as we requested. We'll be back.

love this place and the atmosphere but i'm sorry to report the food has really gone down hill. the Salmon tasted like it was microwaved and the Chicken marsala was not very good. I'll try it again later as its been better before. I noticed the owner was not around so maybe that made the difference.
