Unfortunately due to my age & the Pandemic they allowed me to "take Out". The service was wonderful & the food was super great!!

They were understaffed as there was one server. Finally the server had an assistant to help with all the tables. The food was delicious! We ordeeed the clams oreganata and a cold antipasto to start. Then my husband had lasagna and I had shrimp parm. All was delicious. House red wine was excellent. We have dinner left over for tonight!!!

This restaurant is a pizzeria in front with a very small dining room in the back. You would not know it has a dining room for sit-down dinners when driving by and looking at the entrance. Very small place. Good selection of food on the menu and a small wine list. Service and food were very good. Very decently priced. I would go back but restaurant is not good for very large groups. Small groups or couples it is good for.

The food was amazing. Served hot and fresh. The ladies liked that there were low carb options on the menu. Staff was very friendly. Try the calimari arabiatta. Very tender calimari over pasta with a little tomato sauce and hot cherry peppers. So delicious!!!

I’ve never had a meal that wasn’t delicious. They have a good variety of specials and fair pricing.
Tremendous portions. Great tasting dishes. I had flounder stuffed with crab meat with sides of bow tie pasta and mixed vegetables. My husband had tortellini with mushrooms and peas. We each took home 1/2 of our meal. Big plus for us-the food was steaming hot coming from the kitchen, we LOVE that. We will definitely be going back.

Sat by kitchen door that swung open constantly throughout our dinner blasting cold air on us. They were super busy with catering orders.

I order linguine with garlic and oil with shrimp. I got linguine with tomatoes lemon butter & shrimp. When I sent it back we all heard a man yelling in a different language. Needless to say I didn’t eat my dinner I packed it up took it home and throw it out
The portions were large tasted very good, our second time eating there as we were very impressed the first time.
Tables were very close together. Very small room. Only one waitress. Got the special which was supposed to have jumbo shrimp. It had 3 medium. Very disappointed on a $25 plate.

We are from out of town.but have dined here last 3 years at Christmas & a Birthday. 7 to 8 people. We happened to be their when you asked a group to leave. Was handled professionally, you did we were right across from them. Just the two of us enjoying a special meal.

The addition of Michael as a busboy is an asset and assists greatly the wait staff who are excellent My only criticism is that when they give the specials they should tell you the price. Thanks thought my special dish was overpriced especially in comparison to another in my party that had a similar dish off the menu. Our main protein was chicken and what varied was the number of vegetables
Service was just ok. Food, mine that is, was over cooked; I had calamari(rings) and shrimp with penne pasta. Did not enjoy it. Seating for us was right by the kitchen door. Not good. Not sure we will go back

The food and service was excellent. But we were seated right next to the kitchen swing door. They should ask first if you mind that table with the constant swinging door of the staff going in and out. I will never be seated there again.

There was only 1 waitress helping the dining room of at least 8 tables. So it is too much especially for a Friday evening. Food is always good, but extremely slow to arrive from the kitchen. Kids meals took way too long, 30 mins for a pasta and kids pizza.
Had chicken marsala, sauce taste like Franco American, did not care for it. I think they should try to make a better tasting sauce.

FANTASTIC AS ALWAYS
We had mussels in white wine as an appetizer, Scungili with calamari in a marinara sauce and chicken with broccoli. All were very tasty and bountiful. Wine was a little expensive at $8 for a glass but otherwise a place we would return to.

The dining room was small and intimate and one wouldn't know it was even there. The staff was attentive and courteous. The food was spectacular. My party's age range was from 4 to 71 yrs old and included an armature Italian chef. Absolutely everything we ordered from salad, pasta entrees and various desserts were delectable.

I rate the food here with one letter, "D"elecious. The meal portion was more than adequate. The service was prompt, well paced and not rushed. They had well themed Italian music playing at a easy listening volume, not blasting where conversation is difficult. All in all we enjoyed the visit and we will be back again and again.

Purchased Pizza and a Calzone. We ate most of the pizza there. They kept the pizza warm for us as we ate slices. We took left over pizza and Calzone home. Enjoyed it the next day too !!!

Great food and great service. We really enjoy going here. The food is delicious which begins with a delicious house salad that comes already with the perfect amount of dressing on it. Portions are generous and delicious. Angela who has been our waitress there several times has always been wonderful.

We ordered their hot appetizer for 2. It was such a nice variety. When we first sat down in the dining area, we realized it was too hot in there to stay. Instead of letting us walk out, the waitress asked if we would sit in the front pizza area. She said it was much cooler and she put on a white table cloth too. We thought it was a nice gesture and the service was great. This is a terribly hot week, they really should fix the air conditioner.

This is a home town place. The owner and staff treat you like family. They will make you whatever you want, the way you want it, with a smile. The food is fresh and GOOD! When the dining room is not open, they will open it for you. Love going there!

Very unassuming place. Basically a tiny dining room in the back of a take out pizza place. The food was delicious, the portions were large and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be making this one of our places to frequent.

The restaurant is small, so I would call-ahead for large family seating.The décor could use an upgrade/upkeep but is still very pleasant. Just...lots of mirrors that was cleaned but with many streaks, could use a professional who knows how to clean mirrors.Sorry to mention but it bugged me...It's an easy and fast remedy.Also The tables are nice and solid...but need an extra coat of varnish that has warn off from all the cleaning.SignedSincerely,A Perfectionist.
My husband is pretty fussy but this was our 2nd visit in the last month, and he has been very happy both times. We had to wait about 15 minutes, but otherwise everything was good.
The food always takes a very long time to come out of the kitchen, otherwise we would come here more often. It really is way too long.

We were seated quickly. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. A very good selection of meals on the menu. We were given a basket of hot freshly baked breads and garlic knots. Our side salad that was included with the price of our meal was a substantial size and not just your basic salad. We both had shrimp parm & pasta. It was piping hot and also a substantial portion. Fresh, hot and delicious !

We had to wait about 45 minutes to be served. The food was hot but not good. The veal was tough and the chicken my wife had was over cooked and dry. The place is small and tables were too close to one another. Service was ok, but since the food was bad we will not go back. There are enough good Italian restaurants in the area where we can enjoy the food and not be cramped or have a long wait to be seated like Gino's and Vinnies Mulberry.
When you walk in its a pizzaria, but in the back is a quaint little dining room. Very friendly waitress who offered great advice on dining choices. The food was great and definatly above average!

The 4 of us all enjoyed the food and there was plenty. We all took home doggie bags. The garlic knots were the best i have ever had and they came free before the dinners. We will surely come back again.

This was my fourth or fifth time dining at Francesco's Trattoria Restaurant and each time was a delicious experience. I had the shrimp, mushroom fusilli dish which I totally enjoyed. My friend is a vegetarian and the waitress went out of her way to accommodate her with various suggestions for a scrumptious pasta dish. The staff is always so friendly.

First time & food was great....
There are not enough servers. The place was quite busy. It took way too long to get our salad, let alone our food. We were with my 7-year old grandson who was getting very antsy waiting for his food. He got his first and then he was done eating and we still had not received our food. We were tempted to wrap it up and bring it home but we didn't and it was a mistake.
There was only one waitress for the entire place and she was running around unable to service everyone so my food came out cold.

Management was very friendly and accomodating. The food was good, but took too long to come out of the kitchen. There was only one waitress who kept promising that the food was coming right out, but it took forever. Plan a long wait into your schedule. The desserts were good except for the chocolate cake. It was tasteless.

This is the third time we have visited this restaurant. Everyone in our party enjoyed the friendly wait staff and delicious food. Each time we were there,our experience was great. I personally loved the shrimp scampi.
Food came out hot and plentiful. Taste was excellent. Had enough leftovers for 3 more meals. The garlic bread on the table and the generous bowl of salad was perfect.

The service was excellent but my shrimp scampi was terrible, the sauce was watery and the dish had no flavor. The food was mediocre. They also didn't put an exemption on the certificate about drinks and specials. They said that only food was elegible for the certificate but no drinks like tea, coffee, etc. They should specify this on the certificate so the customers are not taken by surprise. Also they ran out of mussels and I couldn't order it. Overall, I would NOT recommend this restaurant. Thank you.

There is only one waitress and the service could have been better. After she took our order, I heard her telling specials to other customers, so I called her over to ask her why she didn't give us the specials.

the food was better than what i expected. the service was good to excellant. the server went over the coupon so that we understood the details at the beginning of the order so there would be no misunderstanding.the portions were good-enough to take home. the only complaint if you want to call it was the fried calimari was missing a flavor or something, just couldn't put my finger on it. i would go there again

Nice experience adn yes there is a savings. However, there is still confusion about the tipping part. It states that the restaurant will add the 18% gratuity on the total amount of the bill, but it also says on the print out to remember to tip your server. Did we not leave them 18% with the bill? Other than that great will do it again.
