It was odd to be told the kitchen requires your entire order needed to be placed before you could order appetizers. With the lake situation you should be happy people are coming! The food was great, service wasn’t the friendliest.

We stop here every time we are in the area - great food, great atmosphere.
Horrible service. Asked for medium done ny steak but arrived well done. Sent it back the fiest time and came back rare. Sent it back the second time and it finally was cookee medium after 25 to 30 minute wait overall. But the steak had charred/ burnt grill marks which made the steak taste like coal.
The food and service was great. I am 82 years of age, can't read small print, am on a budget and am not that great with my cell phone. I usually print out the Restaurant.com coupon to take with me to the restaurant. However, after ordering my meal, I realized I had brought the wrong coupon. The server (Gloria) was very patient and helped me - along with Grace - to locate the correct coupon for El Sabor. They went above and beyond the call of duty!!

Two lunches to $20 without drinks. Real tablecloths and napkins and extensive menu. Must try this place for dinner. Too bad only a $10 coupon is offered.
The American coffee is normally stronger but to day it was just above water in taste. Otherwise the food was excellent.

The Food was Great as always and our beautiful waitress was super polite, friendly and helpful. I generally order the Pargo Rojo (Whole Red Snapper Fried) because the only other place I've had it was in a restaurant in Panama City, Panama. Wonderful selection of food, drinks and very reasonable prices!!!

Clean and well kept restaurant. Cordial and attentive staff. Good assortment of menu options. Food was delivered within a reasonable time and ingredients used were fresh. Taste was very good. If I am in the west side of the county, I would drive the extra minutes to eat here again.

The tostones were not fresh. They were soggy and greasy. They replaced the tostones with the same kind just frier and hotter but still not fresh. I cook tostones and know how rhey should look like. I ordered shrimp ajillos platter and 4 hours later I still have indigestion and heartburn.

We stood by the door for a while before someone noticed that there were customers waiting to be seated. We were led to a wobbly table and a booth that slid upon entry. Our server welcomed us with a smile and we made our selections from the menu. The ropa viaja consisted of meat that had little flavor, was more chunked then shredded, and some pieces didn't seem quite fresh. My wife enjoyed her Cuban sandwich, but the fries lacked any crispness, arrived warm, not hot, and were just the ordinary frozen crinkle cut variety. Although the restaurant wasn't busy, we had to wait too long for our check. We like restaurant.com because it allows us to find new places to visit regularly. We are sorry that El Sabor didn't make that list.

They were extremly slow and messed up our order. They also never came to check on us. We had to get their attention every time we needed something.
The food was delicious. The portions were large and we took home half of it for another meal. The service was excellent and the waitress was very attentive. There is a variety of all Latin foods. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the background music was not loud so we were able to have a conversations and thoroughly enjoyed this evening.

They do not serve chips and salsa you must pay for them. They only gave us 3 tortillas for my fajitas and they were small. The rice is white not spanish and there is no sour cream or guacamole.

THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE...THE GUACAMOLE WAS STRINGY AND TASTELESS...THE AREPA CON CHORIZO THE AREPA WAS BURNT AND THE CHORIZO WASN'T EVEN COOKED THROUGH...THE POLLO HAD NO FLAVOR
