The Ultimate Street Dish Koshary is Egypt's national dish - and for good reason. This accidental vegan meal is an incredibly amazing jumble of rice, pasta, lentils, crispy fried onions and chickpeas - then topped off with a vinegary tomato sauce. We have perfected the craft of this traditional dish and are now serving at Santa Cruz River Market at the MSA Annex on Thursdays, Heirloom Farmers Markets on Saturdays (Oro Valley) and Sundays (Rillito Park).
