Clean, nicely-designed, very friendly worker/owner - Naomi (though not overly friendly or "fake"). Easy access from mall parking lot.

There could have been more meet on the sandwiches. The beef on the rueben was very tuff and fatty. If it had been sliced thinner it might have been tolerable. There was one slice of beef and again it was tuff and fatty.

Smoothie and dessert were excellent. The meat on the Reuben sandwich was dry so could only give the food 4 stars. Owner set the tone of very friendly atmosphere, which we really appreciated.

One of the best coffees I’ve ever had...the Ithacan. LOVE the barista as well but can not recall her name. She is always has a smile and is very kind.

The waitress was very friendly and outgoing, welcoming patrons as they arrived. There were comfy love seats for those who wanted to relax and a bar area for those who wanted to compute as well as tables. Nice menu also.

Food was hot and tasty. Service was friendly and appreciative. We were not rushed. Will return soon.
