My wife & I eat at Kingfish 4-5 times yearly for probably 25 years. We have enjoyed the view of the river, the service & the food. BUT not this visit! Wife had white fish platter, and I had 2-piece Tilapia (lemon/pepper grilled).The Tilapia was terrible...not edible, had too much lemon-pepper, overly buttered, & tasted like it had 8 ounces salt on it as well as peculiar taste. Wife's fish was edible, but the presentation (appearance) was so disappointing, and smaller size as compared to other visits. The onion rings had likely been prepared six hours previously...we could eat only few of them. The chef/cooks were definitely having bad day. We will have hard time recommending this restaurant, based on this visit.
