Great hamburgers; however the upcharge of $1.25 for onion rings instead of fries, potato salad or slaw as the side was overpriced when the order consisted of only four onion rings on the small side.

I had to wait for 25 min for burger and than the lady that came 15 min after me and order food and get the same thing I get , she receive her food before me and I ask the lady what go on she said it because I ordered a will done burger. And than May food came out . The Burger were not Good and cold ????

The food is my favorite part! Parking is rough, seating is a little cramped, and you have to arrive early (by 11:15am) to get a table and get in/out in your lunch hour.

I called the restaurant before I purchased the certificates and was told that it would be for dine in or to-go. Once I tried to place my order was told it was for dine-in only and that they would do it this time, but my other two I purchased would have to be dine-in.

Food is awesome... the service getting the food is slacking SOME of the servers are not very diligent on handling more than one order at a time. Take out service is awful. There needs to be one person dedicated to just nothing but take out orders and nothing else not even handle the orders at the bar and that would be more efficient and faster service during rush hour(s).

The food, staff, food, prices...all are fabulous. The burgers are the best but another person in our party said the shrimp poboy was best she ever had. Will not regret recommending to anyone.

Remodeled restaurant is beautiful. Staff were very professional and friendly. BUT food was a let down. Very limited menu. My husband used to get a broiled seafood dinner, which he said was the best in York Co., it was no longer on the menu, instead there was a fried fish and shrimp entrée, which he tried. Looked like frozen shrimp and fish, came with approx. 2 tablespoons of cole slaw and nasty frozen hard dry french fries (please bring back the broiled seafood entrée and try making some fresh cut fries). He also tried a crock of the onion soup. Basically a bowl of onions in broth..........no croutons, bread or cheese.......he was very disappointed in that for $5. In the past you got a salad and 2 sides with entrees, now you pay extra for the salad and no choice of sides. Overall, we spent almost $50. for 2 dinners, with our tip and the restaurant.com certificate, and it was like having diner food at upscale restaurant prices. Very disappointing.

Philly was excellent. Service was ok not great. I asked if I could sub broccoli for fries; she said yes, but then she charged me for the broccoli. That's not a sub; that's an upcharge. Also the service was very slow and I was 30 minutes late getting back to work.

Great atmosphere....especially Tuesday night with live music. Service was a little slow, but that is expected with the crowd. From 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm, it was slammed, but it thinned out pretty quickly after that.

Went to Juan's Place for the first time in 2012 on a Tuesday night. I ordered the BBQ pork ribs (at a mexican restaurant!) since I pick ribs at any place that has them. The ribs were great, just the way I like 'em, sweet sauce and not a lot os spicey heat. It's been a while since I've had some good mole sauce...until now. As a child, some 30 years ago, my neighbor made some excellent mole and I have not had good mole since. Juan's was smooth and sweet (I've had some gritty and lumpy sauce at other places) and I love their mole enchiladas.BTW their crab enchiladas are great, too! Very good portion sizes for the money. I highly recommend Juan's Place.

Our sweet tea was not sweet and was very weak. The waitress offered to put sugar in some hot water to add to it. One of my dinning companions ordered onion rings as a side and got two onion rings. I had the waitress look at them and she quickly went and had them cook him some more. The waitress was excellent but the kitchen just kind of dropped the ball on this occasion. This is unusual at this restaurant. It is usually very good.

The food was excellent, server was friendly but my only issue was the time it took to receive our food. I went during my lunch hour. It took about 30 minutes to receive my hamburger. After I asked for it the server brought to the table. That only left me 10 minutes to hurry and eat my meal, pay and leave. I would have rated a '5' if the delivery time of food was a little faster. This is the 2nd time I have had this experience.
