Joseph and Rita Brusco came to Ellis Island and made the USA their home, after many years they decided to relocate their family to South Florida and opened Brusco's in 1972 in Deerfield Beach Mamma Brusco's was commander in Chief with her culinary skills using recipes handed down from generation to generations. In 2005 commander in chief is eldest son Frank Brusco and his fiance Elsa Addario continue the legacy. For almost 4 decades Brusco's has been providing South Florida with delicious authentic Italian-American Cuisine with dedication, and love.
