Good portions especially the chicken parmesan dinners. Only complaint I have is it is very warm inside the eatery.

Pizza was chintzy. It was a $23 pizza, NO CHEESE, we sent it back. we waited an extra 20min, they didnt CARE. Customer service was TERRIBLE. They didnt care we paid so much for a pizza. DID nothing to fix problem. Never going back again. It's the 2nd time I got a chinty $23 pizza!

Called in an order at 5:30 and didn't get my order until 6:45. Got to the restaurant and they gave my order to the wrong person. That person had brought my order back into the store and they wanted to give me the same food. They offered to remake the order. I waited 10 minutes and they called my name to say my food was ready. IT WAS THE SAME FOOD. After giving me the old food they finally remade my order. I got to the car and they didn't even give me the correct wings. So I had to go back in and wait...again. Finally got my order that was originally going to take 25 minutes. Food was good, service was horrible.

Well the food was good, the problem was using the gift card , you can't use it towards their specials, so you have to pay regular price and after gift card the special is still cheaper than using the gift card, so it was useless..

My dining partner ordered an eggplant sub and she couldn't eat it as the eggplant was burnt. They made her a new one right away and though she did take it to go as I was through eating enjoyed it at home.

We ate at Brothers Pizza twice. Once for dinner and again for lunch. The food and service are great. The inside of the restaurant itself looks run down, but the rest of our experience was worth it.

The pizza was good, I had better, but overall it was satisfying. The Antipasta Salad was good, a little bit more expensive than other pizza joints. My only big complaint would be that the didn't make their ranch dressing, it was in packages, and for the price the could atleast make their own.

Placed the order over the phone, selected the items from the web menu, order was completed a few minutes after requested time and staff was excellent. I ordered a variety of items and the only issue was that the fry's were soggy... no big deal.

I WAS VERY DISPLEASED WITH THE RESTAURANT. I ORDERED CHICKEN FETTUCCINE ALFREDO AND GOT NO CHICKEN. I HAD TO WALK UP TO THE COUNTER TO TELL THEM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY WAITRESSES THERE.
