The waitress was so wonderful, we had a split plate order. They did a fantastic job and service . We are very pleased

Its a great little dinner. Food pricing is decent and if you want a super burger or shake this is the place. Service is friendly, speed is fast, and portions are big. Would recommend!

Service was not good. Waited 5 min for a menu than about 10 to have our order taken. Fries were not cooked all the way. The burger was really good. About the only thing that was a positive. The place emptied out once we got our menus. It's so small I don't know how the service could have been so poor with 3 servers there. Waitress was not friendly. She said about five words to us the whole time.

We enjoy going to Tates very much....we go more then one time per month but usually not more then one time per week...we are regulars...the food is good, a nice clean restaurant...
Waitress was fab!
They remodeled it making it bigger inside, I take my mother in a wheel chair and it is easier to get around the restaurant.
Server was friendly and attentive.
Food was delicious; served hot. Excellent service, professional waitresses. Sometimes the time to get a table is long because they get busy at lunchtime but it's worth the wait.
Not busy for a Friday night, therfore, no wait to be seated and the service say prompt.

Food is always good. We both thought the waitress was extra nice. Very accomodating and more than gracious about accepting the restaurant.com coupon. Have been in other restaurants ( Rudy's in Hackensack in particular) where they made you uncomfortable using the certificate. She couldn't have been nicer!
